San Eusebio is an independent portion of a beautiful stone farmhouse with ancient peasant origins. You will find it nestled in an extremely panoramic position on the silver olive-covered hill of S. Pietro a Cegliolo, not far from the beautiful town of Cortona.
You will instantly fall in love with Cortona. Its cobbled lanes, noble palaces, panoramic viewpoints across the Valdichiana to Lake Trasimeno, its churches and numerous monuments are all not to be missed. You will spend lazy days, strolling around while eating an ice cream, immersed in an atmosphere of ancient times. We advise you not to miss out on a few evenings in the numerous typical restaurants in the historic centre, you absolutely must try the Tuscan cuisine and the many delicacies it offers!
The owners of the house have carefully restored it with absolute respect for the old architectural features: the wooden beams, ceilings, fixtures and terracotta floors are those of yesteryear. Colours, decorations, finishing works and furnishings are perfectly in tune with the characteristics of the house, a perfect rustic style to take you back in time.
In front of the house, there is a large green area at your disposal, a gazebo with garden furniture ideal for enjoying outdoor dining in harmony with the landscape below and the lights in the distance. Casa La Primula is a farmhouse situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in an extremely panoramic position with an evocative view of Pierle Castle, an ancient fortress of feudal origin, which makes it as if suspended in time. It takes a little effort to get up here, the 2.5 km road is almost all unpaved and very steep (not recommended for sports cars), but once on spot you will be rewarded with true peace in the middle of nature and above all with an exceptional view. When you want to emerge from your refuge, about 5 km away you will find the villages of Mercatale, in Tuscany, and Lisciano Niccone, in Umbria. We recommend a day trip to the characteristic Cortona, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
In the gazebo in the garden you can dine in front of the sunset; for your barbecues or pizzas in company there are also a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The fence makes the house ideal for a holiday with your four-legged friends (extra charge could be required). For both of you there is plenty of space in the green and the possibility, for those who love trekking, of long walks along the numerous paths in the woods. The swimming pool is private and reserved for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m. - depth 1,20 - 2,30 m., completely fenced - open from 10th May to 30th October).
Besides the view, you'll love the simplicity of Casa La Primula, the rustic Tuscan style furniture and the facilities guarantee all the comforts and at the same time take you back to the rural traditions of times gone by.
You can also ask Mirko, the owner, for a little shopping, and he will make sure you get your favourite food the evening of your arrival. You will find Villa Cantagallo a short distance from the charming Etruscan town of Cortona (8 km), a destination of great artistic, historical and architectural interest that is definitely worth a visit. You will leave your heart in Cortona, in its paved alleys that climb up the hill, you will immerse yourself in an almost magical atmosphere, as if suspended in time.
Don't forget to dine in one of the countless restaurants and trattorias in the historic centre; our advice is definitely local red wine and a nice Tagliata of Chianina beef!
Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large farm, then a recent and careful renovation, which the owners carried out with love and care to keep the old features of the villa unaltered, transformed it into a cosy holiday home.
Still next to the house you will find the wine cellar where the owner produces excellent wine (Vino DOC Cortona), which you can taste for free during your holiday.
All around the house you will have at your disposal a large green area equipped with gazebo, table and chairs for your outdoor dinners in company, barbecue, games for children and shaded parking spaces. La Casa nel Borgo is located in the ancient hamlet of Cantalena Alta and is now part of an almost completely restored rural complex consisting of 6 small houses, where efforts have been made to keep alive the ancient traditions and times gone by, using stone in the restoration along with original reclaimed materials.
A road that climbs through green woods and breathtaking views will lead you to La Casa nel Borgo. The first time it may seem a little challenging, but as soon as you arrive at your destination you will be rewarded with absolute peace, stunning views, unspoilt spaces and unforgettable sunsets. The place is your paradise if you are a nature lover, surrounded by cool green forests and inhabited by local wildlife. It is not difficult, on summer evenings, to come across friendly hares, porcupines, roe deer or fallow deer.
The small hamlet has a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (10x5 mt, depth 1.20-1.60 mt - open from 17 May to 27 September) completely fenced and with a Roman steps, which is about 100 metres from your house and in common use with the other guests. In the solarium you will have your own private area with 4 sun beds and a sun umbrella, where you can spend your lazy days by the pool. The house also has a private, shaded area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals in the peace of the cobbled alley.
The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts, furnished in rustic style, reminiscent of the rural homes of our grandparents, the beamed ceilings (the size of some of the doors are quite small), the terracotta floors, the old marble sink... we can assure you that spending your holiday here will be a real plunge into the past!
The little house, in our opinion, is ideal for couples, even with children; if you wish to get away from it all, it will become your favourite place, you will only be disturbed by birdsong, and in the morning you will wake up to a wonderful view to greet you. At Casa nel Borgo quiet, tranquillity and the slow, lazy flow of the days will be the watchwords of your holiday. The nearest shops are in Castiglion Fiorentino, about 15 km away. And about 9 km away, in the lttle village of Santa Cristina, you will find a small grocery shop and a Tuscan restaurant. If you book a holiday at Casale Aiola you will find yourself immersed in a modern farmhouse and forestry farm, surrounded by greenery and set in the total tranquillity of the hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, among age-old woods and picturesque valleys. Casale Aiola is an old stone farmhouse divided into two parts. In one part of the house lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a sure reference point for any need.
The farmhouse is located about 25 km from the beautiful Cortona, in Tuscany and about 15 km from the village of Trestina, in Umbria. You can do your shopping in either Cortona or Trestina, both of which have shops, supermarkets and services.
From here you have easy access to green Umbria, with its small villages nestled in the lush hills and bucolic landscapes of Lake Trasimeno, Perugia is only 60 km away.
Similarly, once you have reached Cortona, the splendid towns and cities of southern Tuscany will open up for you to discover. From Cortona to the farmhouse the road is perhaps a little long, even though it is all paved. But once you are there you will be rewarded with the absolute tranquillity of the place.
In our opinion Casale Aiola is definitely suitable for groups of families with children. The large green space around the house is perfect for the little ones to run and play in the middle of nature. Also available, in front of the house, is a children's swimming pool (size m. 4x8 - depth 0.60 m., table tennis, table football, children's games and a bowling green. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
For adults and children there is a large private swimming pool (size 9x16 m. -depth 1,20 m. completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September) with bathroom with shower and a small gazebo with fridge to cool down on hot summer days and the tennis court.
On one side of the house you will find two large pergolas furnished with table, chairs and barbecue, where you can organise family dinners and barbecues “al fresco”. Casale Aiola

Casetta i Ciliegi is an old stone house that has been skilfully renovated and is located in an extremely panoramic position, 750 m above sea level, and is part of the tiny hamlet of Cantalena Alta. Casetta i Ciliegi is the ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life and be in close contact with nature. Green woods, steep hills and cultivated countryside frame this beautiful house with a large, fully-fenced outdoor area where you can relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (size 7x4 mt, depth 1.20-1.50 mt - open from 01st May to 30th September) and in the porch furnished with table, chairs and barbecue.

The beautiful town of Cortona, with its stone alleys, Rugapiana and the Church of Santa Margherita, and the medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino are both about 15 km away and have all the necessary shops and services. Casetta i Ciliegi can be reached via a scenic mountain road that is partly unpaved (about 4 km), not recommended for sports cars. Especially the first time it may be a little difficult, but once you get there you will understand that it is worth making a little effort to admire such a beautiful view. The position of the villa is close to Cortona and the larger cities that both Tuscany and Umbria have to offer: Montepulciano, Siena, Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Montalcino, as well as Lake Trasimeno. Outside guests can enjoy a shaded area with barbecue and woodburing oven.
The property owners live nearby and while they are very friendly and welcoming people, at all times they respect the privacy of guests staying at the villa.

The amazing bell tower of Sant’Agostino as well as the city center with monuments, museums, shops and nice restaurants are a short walk away. A public parking is approx. 150 from the house and a bust stop with busses to the main surrounding towns and villages is in walking distance.
This apartment has been recently restored and turned into a welcoming accommodation offering tastefully furnished interiors.
The property owners run a ceramic shop in the city center where they exhibit and sell their products (vases, dishes..).

A beautiful villa born from the skilful and refined renovation of an old manor house built at the end of the 19th century and situated in a panoramic position on a hilltop overlooking Lake Chiusi. Villa Poggio Falcone is located on the edge of interesting tourist itineraries dedicated to the discovery of the Etruscans and nature. The town of Chiusi is only 7 km away, while Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno are 13 km away.
A few tens of metres from the villa is the 'Sentiero della Bonifica' (Land Reclamation Path), an interesting pedestrian-cycling route that connects Arezzo to Chiusi along the Canale Maestro della Chiana. The route is quite flat and therefore suitable for walks and cycling for the whole family. For nature lovers and birdwatchers, on the other hand, there is the Montepulciano Oasis just 10 minutes away.

Villa Il Palazzo is an old manor house on the doorstep of Cortona, whose origins are lost in the tradition of Tuscany's rural past; indeed, traces of the villa can already be found in ancient documents and maps dating back to the end of the 18th century. Podere Marcigliano consists of 2 newly built villas, which nevertheless reflect the architectural characteristics of the farmhouses of the past. Each apartment has a large green area, a beautiful swimming pool (size 7x14 m, depth 1.50 m - open from 17 May to 30 September and fully fenced), a barbecue, a laundry room in common use and children's games, and its own private area equipped with a furnished gazebo for your meals in the open air.
