From the living room going down some steps we find a sitting room with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Gazebo furnished with table and chairs to eat outside.

El saldo se debe pagar 45 días antes de la llegada.
Para las reservas de última hora (dentro de los 45 días anteriores a la llegada) el monto total del alquiler debe ser pagado al momento de la reserva.
En caso de cancelación de la reserva, incluso si se sustituye por otra, se aplican las siguientes penalizaciones:
- el depósito inicial (25% del total del alquiler) si la cancelación se realiza entre el momento de la reserva y hasta 46 días antes de la fecha de llegada;
- el 100% del total del alquiler si la cancelación se hace desde 45 días hasta la fecha de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.

Posto molto bello, ci siamo trovati bene. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. il nosto cane bene accetto e con molto spazio esterno per correre.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Helaas staat op de website niet alles vermeld: de benedenverdieping bestaat uit een grote koele woonkamer met een bedbank, tafel en stoelen. Er is een 2e badkamer, maar ook nog een hele grote 2e slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een vouwbed. Dat was voor ons een hele aangename verrassing!

The villa and location was excellent, Cortona is a lovely town. The villa could have been a little cleaner and we were expecting a cleaner at least once when we were there for two weeks, but no one appeared. Had to ask for more towels as well. The owner and our contact were helpful though and we fud get towels once we asked. Pool was clean and villa surroundings very good.

Stayed for a week in early August 2017. We are a rather big family (6) but the unit was well-equiped and very spacious. The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. The outdoor area was nice with a big swimming pool. We can only recommend the place - it is definitely value for money.
