In the back garden you will have a lawn area and a barbecue.
You can dine comfortably on the back terrace, directly accessible from the kitchen.
The sea can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or a few minutes more by bicycle.
The nearest supermarket is about 800 meters away, and for children, or even your 4-legged friends, there is a beautiful tree-lined park before the supermarket.

3 km away from the villa is the small village of Subbiano, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely not to be missed, on hot summer days, is a trip to the nearby Park of the Casentino Forests, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.

Villa Paola es una hermosa propiedad (700 m2) con internet inalámbrico y piscina privada. La propiedad puede acoger cómodamente 12 personas en seis habitaciónes con seis baños. Villa Paola está situada en Poggiolo-salaiole (Italia), y sólo a 23 km de distancia desde Florencia en la zona turística "Florencia y Alrededores".
La Villa está dotada de ascensor, además, atrás de la Villa hay el alojamiento del guardián que es responsable tanto de la acogida de los huéspedes como del mantenimiento del parque y de la piscina.
