Borgo Casa Di Lappi es una hermosa casa de vacaciones con aire condicionado y piscina compartida. El country resort ha sido concebido con un total de siete pisos privados. La propiedad puede acoger cómodamente 30 personas en 12 habitaciónes con ocho baños. La propiedad está situada sólo 630 m de distancia de Casalappi (Italia), en la zona turística "Grosseto - Maremma" y sólo a 105 km de distancia desde Pisa.
La propiedad se compone de 5 edificios con un total de 40 apartamentos (120 personas), pero solo 7 de ellos son gestionados directamente por nosotros. Las fotos son solo un ejemplo del tipo de apartamento. Lavadora disponible para el uso de todos los huéspedes.

Después de llegar encontrará una estupenda propiedad limpia y acogedora ideal para unas vacaciones relajadas en Toscana. Después un día pasado visitando museos, disfrute de una buena copa de vino con sus amigos y su familia al lado de la piscina - lo mejor para descansar después de un largo día. Para su placer, afuera hay parrilla, porche y pista de tenis. Mucha gente que viaja con amigos prefiere una propiedad con unidades multiplas para vivir y disfrutar juntos de los espacios comunes, como por ejemplo la piscina o el jardìn, pero también con espacios separados en pisos con cuarto y baño privados. Además, cada apartamento tiene su propia cocina con muchos utensilios, vajillas y cubiertos.

Distances a few minutes drive from the town and the nearby beaches of Follonica (2 km), and the property borders the park Montioni.
This elegant villa offers a gorgeous panorama over this exclusive landscape and permits to easily reach all the places that are featuring the historical, natural and gastronomical characteristics of this wonderful locality in Tuscany.
Villa Dei Cipressi offers a spacious garden for the outdoors days which enhances your summer feasts. This special position allows tourists who stay there to take walks in the countryside but at the same time easy access to the beaches of the Carboniferous, and the park Mortelliccio Sterpaia, yet little affected by crowding the bathing establishments.
It also offers interesting ideas for activities of fishing, to horseback riding or biking.
The villa is surrounded by about 2000 olive trees, many of which are secular: the farm is located in which it is producing biologic extra-virgin olive oil which you can perform on-site tastings.

Fantastic apartment for 4 people on the sea in San Vincenzo, in Livorno province (Tuscan coast). It is located in a stately old building subdivided into 4 apartments. The apartment occupies the lower ground floor (6 steps down), so it stays at a pleasant temperature even on the hottest days. The living room has French doors that face a small pocket terrace at the back of the house, which is also where the parking lot is; the bedrooms have high windows.
Outside, there is a private terrace with direct access to the beach, where there is a beach club (with bar and restaurant) as well as a free access beach.
Casa Riva guests have use of an umbrella and two sun loungers at the beach club below: this service is free of charge, but only available when the beach club is open (the season usually runs from the beginning of June to the end of September). The town of San Vincenzo offers shops of all kinds and excellent restaurants just steps away from the apartment, and there is a supermarket 150 meters away. In the area there are important places of interest to visit such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Monteverdi Marittimo, and the Gulf of Baratti. The port of Piombino, with daily ferries to Elba Island, is less than 30 km away.
At the disposal of Casa Riva guests: private terrace on the sea with panoramic views, internet wi-fi, furnished for outdoor dining; direct access to the beach below; internal private parking for 1 car; 2 bedrooms, sleeps maximum 4 people; ceiling fans.
