Holiday Villa Stefano is located on the hills of Massa in Tuscany and can accommodate up to 8 people in its four bedrooms. It is weekly rented and enjoys panoramic sea view of the Versilian coast and the hills.
It is less than 9km from the beaches of Marina di Massa making it ideal for a beach holiday.

The villa is part of a historic building as a part of the ground floor dates back to the early 1900s and over the past century has undergone many transformations bringing it to be what it is today. Villa Stefano was a strategic point in the Second World War when it was used by the German army as a defense line of the coast of Marina di Massa.

The Villa has a large private plot of about 6000 square meters divided into various areas covered largely by plants such as palms, fruit trees, nuts and many more.
The garden is almost completely fenced but always pay attention to your dog if you take them on holiday with you.

The garden is divided into these areas:

- The higher terraces, very fresh location and covered by plant in summer, with access from the first floor or by a staircase from the outside;

- The part of the garden at the same level with Villa Stefano with parking for 2 cars with automatic gate entrance, small lawn with seating for dining, barbecue and access to the kitchen.

- Private pool heated by solar panels and a warm water shower.
The villa's private swimming pool measures 6 x 8 meters and is 2 meters deep.
During the evening it is wunderful to swim in the illuminated pool.

- Large field where you can play football.
- Other various areas with swings, gazebos and strategic points for the sea view.

Holiday Villa Stefano in Massa:

Ground Floor:
Entrance hallway that connects the whole floor.
The right side of the villa is the one dating back to the 19th century with exposed beams and consists of the kitchen with fireplace, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, 5 burner cooking and door to the garden with table, barbecue and then the dining room with seating for 8 people and also exit to the garden.
On the left side instead we find a room with sofas and a TV with satellite connection and a winter garden with dining table for 6 and a spiral staircase that leads upstairs. From that corridor on the ground floor of Villa Stefano we reach also a small bathroom and large stairs leading to the upper floors.

First floor:
Here a corridor connects all the rooms and the balcony with panoramic sea views.
Master bedroom with en suite shower room.
Single room attached to the master bedroom and the corridor.
Double bedroom.
Large bathroom with jacuzi bath tub and shower.
Small utility room with washing machine.

Lounge and winter garden with table and sitting area with fireplace and sofas. Here a door leads to the upper garden to relax in the shade in summer days.

Second Floor (attic): large open space with three single beds and a TV. Bathroom with shower and small room used as a closet.
This floor of the Villa has a small terrace with sea view and view of the Castle Malaspina of Massa.

Villa Stefano has heating and free WIFI Internet.
