The villa is divided into 3 spacious and comfortable apartments, each featuring tastefully decorated interiors. Please note that one of the apartments is occupied by the owners.

The small town of San Casciano, located in the heart of the Chianti region and offering all types of shops and amenities, is just 1 km away. Florence is 20 km away, and Siena is approximately 60 km from the property.
At guests’ disposal:
Furnished garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1.8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) shared with the owners, shared barbecue, and air conditioning. The villa is accessible via an unpaved yet well-maintained road. Parking is available within the grounds. Small pets are welcome. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Malmantile es una estupenda casa de vacaciones de piedra (350 m2) con piscina privada y internet inalámbrico. La propiedad puede acoger cómodamente ocho personas en cuatro habitaciónes con cuatro baños.

El propietario actual ha restaurado la antigua torre en una cómoda villa, que incluye varias antigüedades. Desde el jardín y en particular desde la piscina se puede disfrutar de una espléndida vista del campo y los pueblos. Se llega a la villa a lo largo de 600 metros de carretera que pasa a través de esta gran finca. La villa se encuentra en el medio de una granja donde se producen aceite de oliva y vino.
Tras llegar a Malmantile encontraras una estupenda propiedad limpia y acogedora con vista sobre las colinas perfecta para unas vacaciones tranquilas en Toscana. Independientemente de como pasa sus días - excursiones, museos, shopping o simplemente visitando y descubriendo el paisaje, cuando llega a casa puede relajarse con amigos y familia cerca de la piscina para un final de día perfecto en Toscana. Al aire libre encontrará porche, pista de tenis y barbacoa. Si le gusta cocinar para su familia y amigos hay una cocina bien equipada incluso máquina de café, microondas, tostador y nevera, así como , muchas vajillas y cubiertos para hasta ocho personas. Beautiful farming estate comprising 6 restored units situated on the Chianti hills, a short distance from the village of Mercatale (with general stores) and 22 km from Florence away. This property offers large outdoor areas and a nice panoramic pool with splendid views over the surrounding vineyards (producing excellent wines). All of the apartments provide welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style. The units Tenuta 1 and 2 are approx. 50 from the pool away while the remaining units are closer. By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.
