Il Casellino es una gran granja en funcionamiento situada en la campiña toscana de Italia, a 460 metros sobre el nivel del mar y a 5 km de la localidad de Loro Ciuffenna. La propiedad se compone de una casa principal y una construcción anexa que albergan un total de 4 apartamentos, combinando la autenticidad rural con el confort. Rodeada de árboles frondosos y ubicada en una posición apartada y tranquila, la granja ofrece un refugio ideal para quienes buscan paz y privacidad en el corazón de la Toscana. El propietario reside en la misma propiedad, asegurando una presencia acogedora y atenta durante la estancia.
Espacios exteriores
La piscina de forma arriñonada mide 8 x 4 metros y está disponible del 1 de mayo al 25 de septiembre. El amplio jardín, sin cercar, cuenta con céspedes exuberantes y árboles maduros que crean un entorno naturalmente protegido y apacible. Una ducha exterior está disponible para uso compartido; hay también una barbacoa a disposición de los huéspedes en régimen compartido. Senderos para caminar son accesibles directamente desde la propiedad, con el sendero más cercano a tan solo 50 metros de distancia.

Se accede a Il Casellino a través de un camino de 600 metros de largo, empinado y estrecho; se recomienda disponer de un automóvil para explorar la zona más amplia y acceder a pueblos cercanos y servicios. Arcobaleno is a traditional stone house in a hilly and panoramic position with the typical rural architecture. In the past the Italian writer Vasco Pratolini lived here, and today it represent the ideal place to spend an holiday in an enchanted atmosphere, giving the feeling of having remained still in another era, at the quiet rhythms of a time that was.
The house is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, which stands out from the Arno valley and descends with wide natural terraces full of olive trees, until the road of the “Setteponti”, connecting the cities of Arezzo and Florence. The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is about 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot with an enchanting walk through vineyards and olive grow.
Maximum relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (mt. 10x4,5, depth mt. 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September ) with solarium equipped with deckchairs, tables and sun umbrellas and in the gazebo overlooking the valley below. Where to spend relaxing days to read, eat outside or just to enjoy the landscape that is lost at a glance. Families will not fail to appreciate the children's play area and the tennis table; the little house with barbecue, wood oven and sink is ideal if you enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.
The owners Albina and Danilo, very attentive to the environment, have equipped the villa with photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity.

Villa Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the Arno River, reached by going up a 1.5 km road, partly unpaved and partly cemented, which is steep but can be travelled by any type of car. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. The beautiful furnished portico will be your safe haven of tranquillity where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or an open-air dinner with typical products that you can buy from the owners. The photovoltaic panels make the villa independent from traditional energy sources and enhance its ecological address. The swimming pool, completely fenced (mt. 5x10, depth mt. 1,40 - open from 01st May to 30th September), overlooks the valley from a natural terrace.
Ca' di Vestro is part of a large farm and is surrounded by 4 hectares of beautiful olive groves where the owners have specialised in the organic production of extra virgin olive oil of high organoleptic quality, which you can taste on request.

This property has been carefully restored and turned into 6 comfortable apartments, all of which offering nice interiors furnished in a rustic style with some antiques. The location, among vineyards and olive groves is peaceful and dominates the Chianti Classico hills. Beautiful panoramic views with Siena in the distance are afforded. This property provides a well-kept large garden (6000 m2) with infinity pool whose use is to be shared among the 6 apartments.
Distances: Ponte a Bozzone with a food shop, a restaurant and a butcher is 5 km away, Siena with all kinds of shops and railway station 12 km, San Gimignano approx. 50 km, Florence 70 km away, Pisa 115 km , Rome 250 km away.
At guests disposal: large panoramic garden (6000 m2), shared infinity swimming-pool (5,5 x 15 m – maximum depth 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), solarium terrace with open-air shower (cold water), barbecue, oven for pizza, furnished loggia (35 m2), table tennis. Shared laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities. All of the apartments provide alarm system, satellite TV, hair-dryer, heating system and table and chairs (in a common area).
