This holiday house is 3 km away from the little town of Poranto, which has basic services and some restaurants, Orvieto is 6 km away and has all kind of utilities. A well maintained garden surrounds the property, and there is a private swimming pool with sun lounges and umbrellas. On one side of the pool there is a covered area with external sofas, chairs and table. Next to the kitchen there is a patio equipped with table and chair with a barbecue.

The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The owner a renowned Italian Architect and Interior Designer restored the villa in total respect to the Tuscan tradition and furnished it with an impressive combination of furniture personally designed and some antiques ones. The property comprises the main Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the guesthouse. Other bedrooms with en-suite bathroom can be rented at extra cost sleeping up to 18 people. Lavacchio has been restored and furnished to high standard all the first floor bedrooms have air-conditioning and two other portable units are available on request.
