Parking Note: The property includes a secure, gated double parking space. Please note the entrance gate has a height limit of approx. 180 cm. Taller vehicles (such as large SUVs or vans) can be conveniently parked along the access road, just 50 meters from the entrance.

Each apartment has its own private and furnished outdoor area, perfect for dining alfresco. The location of this rental allows for easy visiting of Tuscany’s many attractions such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Siena, the Chianti winemaking area and the beautiful Tuscan coast.
Distances: Montaione offers a variety of shops just 1 km away, while guests can find Gambassi at a distance of 10 km, San Gimignano 22 km, Volterra 30 km, Florence 45 km, Siena 60 km and Cecina mare on the Tuscan coast at a distance of roughly 70 km.

A stroll by bike in the big pinewood of Ponente, where you will find a lot of children’s play area and refreshment stands, golf court in Pietrasanta, a cocktail at the table of a café along the promenade and after dinner in one of the many night clubs situated in Viareggio as well as in Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi which are only some of the entertainment possibilities during your stay.
From Viareggio railway station you will get the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre and walk the wonderful “cammino dell’amore”(way of love).
