Outside, there is a private, furnished area where you can eat outdoors and enjoy views of the surrounding landscape. A beautiful pool is just a few meters away and is shared with the guests of the other units.
This property is strategically located right in the middle of the Chianti Classico production area, where there are numerous wineries for wine tasting. In the area there are also many castles (Brolio, Meleto, Bossi . . .) and medieval country churches.

Comfortable villa on a renovated property dating back to the 1300s, just 15 km from Florence. It is part of a large farm with 200 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, that produces excellent wines and extra virgin olive oil.
The property is made up of the main villa, a converted hayloft and a private pool.

Access to the property is via a stretch of unpaved road in good condition.
