Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center. It is an area renown for wine and olive oil production, in fact the villa is surrounded by ancient olive groves and vineyards. It is also an historic area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth. Although it might seem like an isolated area, the village center is only 2km away, where it is possible to find a minimarket and a supermarket at 3km.

The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The fourth side is delimited by a low fence to enable the view of the lower hills, of vineyards and olive groves, the swimming pool, with deck chairs, and the outdoor dining area are on this side, therefore you are able to have a beautiful view of the countryside while dining and swimming.
The front of the property, accessible from a steel gate, has a parking space of 8 cars.

Ancient and beautiful villa with two charming towers dating back to the 18th century, once used as a hunting preserve. This charming villa in “Leopoldino” style has been recently and tastefully restored and turned into a comfortable country house offering cozy interiors furnished in a rustic style with some antique pieces. A nice fenced garden surrounds the villa and provides a private pool with open-air shower, a barbecue and a large gazebo ideal for al-fresco dining. The villa also offers a charming loggia on the ground floor and an additional large panoramic loggia on the first floor.
The property is in dominating and sunny location, amidst olive groves, and enjoys extensive vies over the surrounding landscape, over the small town of Bucine and the Chianti Classico hills in the distance.
The access if via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

The villa is completely enclosed by a fence and has an independent entrance and enjoys complete privacy. A large garden surrounds the house and here there is a private swimming pool (16m x 8m depth 1.5 mt).
From here, following a footpath, you can reach a lake, tennis court, and also other trekking footpaths within the densely thick woods.
Our guests are free to explore the farm and have free access to the large biological vegetable garden which has been cultivated using old traditional methods.

The farm is situated next to a large dense wood, and here there is a natural footpath which permits guests to reach the tennis court and lake.
Guests are free to explore the farm and go on long walks around the lake. They are free to use the tennis courts and have access to the biological vegetable garden which is cared for using old local farming traditions and methods.

Villa Mugello is a large private 8-bedroom villa dating back to year 1500 and situated in the Mugello area, approx. 30 km north of Florence. This vacation rental, surrounded by cultivated fields and chestnut woods, comprises a main villa with an adjoining apartment (accessible from the outside). An additional unit is occasionally occupied by the property owners do not share with their guests the use of the garden or of the pool. The villa interiors are simple and welcoming.
A short distance away there is a renowned shopping mall with some of the best Italian brands. The Mugello racetrack is circa 8 km away and Lake Bilancino with water sport facilities is approx. 20 km away.
The town of Borgo San Lorenzo with railway station (trains to Florence) is 5 km away.

The views of the setting sun are absolutely breathtaking. The building was originally a monastery that has been beautifully restored by the discerning owners and transformed into their residence. The result is an imposing structure that still maintains its traditional secular feel, with spacious rooms and high ceilings that has been comfortably furnished with an elegant combination of contemporary and antique furniture. The stunning well-kept garden with scented roses and lavender creates the perfect setting area for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. The several outdoor areas, both in the garden and in the internal patio, are furnished for sitting and dining outside. From the garden there is a direct private access to the sea (rocks). For those who prefer the sand, there is a beach just a few kilometers away where is possible to reserve beach equipment. The resident maid lives in a separate apartment at the rear of the property and on request she will be happy to cook delicious meals with seasonal products from the vegetable garden of the estate and the nearby markets.
