Please note that photo documentation of the property is typically taken in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may vary depending on the season of your visit. The rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 by 15 meters with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.20 meters, is situated just 10 meters from the villa and can be accessed directly from the living area or from the lawn in front of the property. Finished in sand-colored PVC and equipped with internal lighting as well as perimeter illumination, the pool features a Roman staircase for easy access and a large solarium in larch wood slats shaded by generous umbrellas, complete with comfortable sun loungers. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Pool heating is available on request from October 15 to April 30.

From the covered terrace, a staircase continues to the second floor, which houses 4 additional suites, each with its own private bathroom. Ascending further to the third floor, situated in the very heart of the historic tower, a large double bedroom with a private bathroom offers an unparalleled and unforgettable 360-degree view over the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

The property has undergone a thorough check carried out by a technical manager to verify the accuracy of the description, the accessories listed, and their operational and maintenance condition. Guests with pets should be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for each animal per day of stay. A pre-authorization of 1,000 euros on a credit card is required at check-in as a security measure for consumption and as a guarantee for the payment of utilities. The property participates in the Zer0Dep Guarantee program, which means guests are not required to pay a traditional security deposit either upon balance or upon arrival. This program includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the program. Villa Il Palazzo is an old manor house on the doorstep of Cortona, whose origins are lost in the tradition of Tuscany's rural past; indeed, traces of the villa can already be found in ancient documents and maps dating back to the end of the 18th century. Its atmosphere, warm colours, stylish furnishings and original period antiques will transport you to another era, when the rural world was the living centre of society.
You will find the villa just a few kilometres from the beautiful Cortona, famous throughout the world for its works of art, its Etruscan memories and for its narrow stone streets and noble palaces. It is impossible not to spend at least one evening in one of its many fine restaurants. You won't forget “maccheroni al sugo” and sliced Chianina beef, we guarantee it! In Camucia you will find shops and supermarkets, and for small shopping trips, you can walk about 1 km to the small village of Fratta, where there are some services.
The villa is divided into six independent apartments, each with its own kitchenette, but at the same time has a large, cool dining room with lounge and kitchen in the basement where you can get together to cook and eat. You will also have at your disposal a nice garden completely fenced and well-kept, with corners designed for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif with friends, some covered parking spaces, a table tennis, mountain bikes and above all the beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1,20-1,50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September).

La Gabola is a beautiful farmhouse consisting of an old farmhouse where the owner lives and four independent small houses for guests. It is the ideal place if you wish to spend a relaxing holiday in the midst of the Valdichiana countryside, which offers an infinity of gentle, variable landscapes, and at the same time visit Tuscany and neighbouring Umbria.
You will find the farm at the foot of the rugged hill where the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona rises majestically and will instantly win you over with its old-world atmosphere. In Cortona you can stroll around, enjoy splendid views and visit countless ancient churches, museums and works of art. Don't forget to taste the local cuisine in the typical restaurants in the centre - you won't regret it!
A skilful and careful renovation, carried out with painstaking patience directly by the owner, and a decor in authentic period furniture give the houses a very special charm. You will feel welcomed in a very homely atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the very first moment.
Apartments Sofya and Selene are located in the same building and can be especially recommended for 2 families travelling together. La Gabola, La Gabolina and La Turata, on the other hand, are individual and independent houses, perfect for those who like a little extra privacy.
All around the farm a large green space where each house has its own private corner with a gazebo equipped with table and chairs. This will be your favourite place on warm summer evenings, chatting with friends and a good bottle of red wine. Even your small pets will be more than welcome at Fattoria La Gabola (extra charge could be required).

Beautiful house dating back to the end of the 18th century comprising 6 welcoming apartments. This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with swimming-pool (15 x 7 m – depth 1,2 m), open-air shower (cold water), changing room with bathroom, shared barbecue.
A small spa with Jacuzzi bathtub (for 4/6 people), 2 massaging armchairs and changing room (with shower) is available at € 10,- / per entrance / per person (reservation requested).

In 1996 we moved to the Crete Senesi and we fell in love with this farmhouse Etruscan origins, medieval mill, peace and tranquillity. That’s why we decided to share it with our guests and their four-legged friends.
The farm keeps the whole family busy: Alessandro (biologist, nature guide and Sommelier), Elisa who looks after the administration, Mauro and Paola, retired but full time busy on the farm. And we hope that in the future even Emma and Guido will give us a helping hand.
We produce vegetables and fruit, olive oil and truffles from organic agriculture.
For our guests we organize a rich programme of initiatives discovering the colours and flavours of the Crete, wine tasting in our cosy winery and excursions by bike guided by Alessandro who is fond of cycling.

The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.

A beautiful panoramic garden with a pool reserved for the use of the seven apartments offers guests the chance to relax and enjoy the outdoor space, along with a furnished area with a pergola and a barbecue corner.
The property lies in Gualdo, a charming village upon the hills of Lucca dating back to the 1400’s. Within the town, visitors will find a quiet atmosphere. Along with a church, at the town’s main square there is also a restaurant where visitors can enjoy dining al fresco during the summer period. Not far from the area is the beautiful Versilia zone, the Apuan Alps and the historical cities Lucca and Pisa.
Available to guests: Furnished garden with gas barbecue, small tables and chairs, swimming pool shared amongst the property’s apartments (12 x 6 m – minimum depth 1.2 m – maximum depth 1.5 m). Washing machine (free to use) located in a communal room.
