La propiedad está situada (Italia) y sólo a 19 km de distancia desde Montepulciano. La casa de vacaciones Villa La Fragola es un hermosa propiedad(100 m2) que incluye internet inalámbrico, aire condicionado y piscina privada. La propiedad puede acoger cómodamente seis personas en tres habitaciónes con dos baños. Si le gusta jugar al golf durante sus vacaciones, le alegrará saber que hay un campo de golf en las cercanías.
Lo que te espera
La zona del jardín no está completamente vallada, de todos modos, la zona de la piscina está separada del resto del jardín por un seto (altura de unos 0,7 m) y una red de alambre. Hay una pequeña puerta que se puede cerrar con llave, para la seguridad de los niños pequeños.
Importante: El primer piso se accede solo a través de la escalera externa y no se comunica internamente con la planta baja.
Una habitación con acceso a través del jardín con ducha y vestuario para los huéspedes que deseen disfrutar de la piscina sin entrar en la casa.
Tras llegar encontrará una hermosa propiedad limpia y acogedora perfecta para unas vacaciones tranquilas en Toscana. Para su disfrute encontrará una piscina privada donde puede descansar disfutando de un buen refresco después de un día pasado visitando museos. Al aire libre encontrará parrilla y porche. Si le gusta cocinar para su familia y amigos hay una cocina bien equipada incluso microondas y nevera, así como , muchas vajillas y cubiertos para hasta seis personas.

El déposito inicial requerido para confirmar una reserva a ser pagado en el momento de la reserva (a menos que haya condiciones especiales) es el 25% del total del alquiler.

We hat a wonderful vavation at the Villa la fragola. Good located to the local cities and nice places to visit are very near. Alltough the house lies in a quiet and peaceful area which offers you a very good place to relax. At most we liked the big Pool and beautiful garden with a nice view. At least we want to say that the owner is very nice and friendly. All questions we had were directly solved.

Een leuke meer zeer basic vakantiewoning, met een prachtige tin en een geweldig zwembad. De woning zelf is vrij spartaans, met alleen boven (wat wij als slaapgedeelte gebruikten) airco. Beneden, wat vroeger dienst deed als een de stal, heeft geen airco en daar kan het dus warm worden in de zomer. De tuin en het zwembad zijn erg groot en erg mooi. Onze kinderen vonden het geweldig. De vriendelijke eigenaar komt regelmatig, zonder dat het overlast geeft, de boel inspecteren en brengt ook regelmatig verse groente en fruit mee. Deborah, de contactpersoon, is geweldig en zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het huis is heel rustig gelegen vlakbij een heel klein dorpje. Supermarkten zijn op rij-afstand in de buurt. Leuke stadjes als Spoletto en Montepulciano zijn binnen een half uur aan te rijden en zeker de moeite van het bezoeken waard. Al met al is de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding prima in orde.

Great quiet and peaceful location with amazing pool area. Villa could do with some updating and the kitchen area could have been cleaner and was missing key items. Debroah the villa supervisor was really helpful. Overall I would reccomend however there are mosquitos as there is a river nearby - these don't ruin the villa but if you get bitten badly this might be not the best place for you.

First of all, I have to say that we, as a group of four adults, two kids and a small dog, really enjoyed our stay at La Fragola.
The main benefits of the villa are privacy, the size of the area, a large and really nice pool, an outdoor grill and seating area, serenity and hospitality of the villa manager – Deborah.
Deborah contacted us via WhatsUp a few days before our scheduled arrival, so we could discuss the details regarding the check-in and the exact location of the villa. She showed us the villa itself on arrival and shared a few tips for our stay.
The location of the villa is imo really great. Not far away from the nearest house, but still offering a huge portion of privacy. Chianacce is small village. Despite the fact that the villa offer privacy and its located nearly outside of the village, it's still within walking distance (approx 300m) to the local market where you can easily buy everything you need. Chianacce offers also a small bar (bar Tabachi) which is located approx 1km from the villa but it's a nice traditional bar offering great coffee, croissants and other goods as well.
The villa itself is nice and offers large, spacious rooms – including a service room with a washing machine. On the other hand, I have to say that some furniture and equipment is outdated and the overall cleanness should be on a higher level. Otherwise, the stay at the villa was relaxing and we had a really great time there. We used the outside grill, spent every night drinking wine in the garden and had fun at the pool. Just be aware of mosquitos – these are problems in the whole area. We also brought bicycles and I really recommend that to all cycling fans as the region is really great for bike trips (even the fact that the road conditions are not the best – the panorama views will easily overcome it.
We have communicated our recommendations to the manager and I hope that they will solve the main issues before the start of the next season. We will definitely love to get back someday in the future.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí
We hebben enorm genoten van dit heerlijke huis. De eigenaar was zo attent om ons lekkernijen te brengen van zijn land. De host was altijd goed te bereiken en was erg vriendelijk.
Het zwembad was heerlijk ruim en het was heerlijk rustig!

Heerlijke, rustige ligging maar toch dichtbij uitvalswegen om snel plaatsjes in de omgeving te bezoeken. In de tuin een heerlijk, groot zwembad. Bij aankomst goed ontvangen door Deborah. Zij is ook tijdens het verblijf zeer behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Eigenaar heeft heel attent groente en fruit gegeven. Kortom een onbezorgde, fijne vakantiebestemming!

Peccato per alcune piccolezze che non mi fanno dare le cinque stelle tipo zanzariere rotte, porta doccia non funzionante, pulizia generale e nei dintorni della casa non all'altezza del luogo.

overall good but a lot of details that lower the note. The photos in the suite are to the advantage of the Villa but do not quite reflect the reality. The villa and its exteriors lack maintenance, the smell of dampness prevented us from using the downstairs bedroom. Wifi isn't really one, almost impossible to surf the internet when we don't have a network. Also, the description for a partially fenced property was incorrect, which justified our choice. Beautiful swimming pool, really quiet place therefore to be taken into consideration according to the criteria sought. Special mention for our agent on site that was very attentive.
Abbiamo passato una settimana a Villa Fragola. La casa è bella e ha uno spazio esterno stupendo, adatto sia ai ragazzi che alle famiglie. La zona è una delle più belle della Toscana quindi troverete sicuramente cose da fare. Inoltre, Massimo, il proprietario e la figlia sono super disponibili e simpatici, e ti aiuteranno in tutti i modi possibili. Ci hanno portato frutta, pasta e tanto altro. Grazie mille e speriamo di tornare!

Very nice outside area with great pool and garden space. Extemly quiet area and lovley owner who is very helpful. Even though we can't recommend the Villa as the house itself was far beyond our expectations if you compare with the pictures you see online. The house is old and too many things that should be done. Lower part of the house has too much moisture and the kitchen is in a very bad condition. Due to this moisture and its smell
the lower part of the house was for us with a little baby not tolerable so we decided to use only the upper flat. The upper apartment is very small and if you want to use the kitchen the water is not draining and most of the time there's no hot water to wash the dishes so we had to clean them in the bathroom instead. Further to that the overall cleanliness was really poor. The house definitely needs some lift ups because in that condition we would not return.
[counter comment from the owner] The guests never said anything until check out about the kitchen upstairs so we had no possibility to resolve the problem as we knew nothing about it. We will start 2020 with the house renewal which I will check with good care.
Wir verbrachten mit unserer Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Fragola. Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Der sehr nette Eigentümer war sehr aufmerksam, reinigte den Pool und erfreute uns mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau. Trotzdem war es nie aufdringlich. Der Pool ist eingezäunt, was es uns mit unserer 2jährigen Tochter viel einfacher machte. Das Dorffest in Chianacce fanden wir auch sehr schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The very nice owner was very attentive, cleaned the pool and enjoyed fresh vegetables from our own cultivation. Still, never intrusive. We had a few issues with the wifi. Very important for me and my wife, for work related business. Debora took care of those aspects and the four last days the wifi was repaired. A very nice owner who brought us fres vegetables and fruit!

Das Haus ist schön, schade nur das es kein gemütliches Wohnzimmer für klate Abende gibt. Es wäre schön wenn auf die zweite Küche verzichtet würde und dafür ein Wohnzimmer eingerichtet würde. Leider sind die Betten viel zu hart.
Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und es lässt sich dort gut entspannen. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch debora vor Ort ist immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit

We had a really wonderful time at Villa La Fragola and the outside was absolutely beautiful. The pool area has been done to a really high standard and the outdoor shower area is a really nice extra. The owner was very nice and addressed issues (a broken fridge, issue with the pool etc) very quickly and effectively. The only downside of the property was the cleanliness as we felt the standard wasn’t high enough considering the additional cleaning fee we were expected to pay (€100). The bathrooms could do with a bit of a facelift too and whilst the inclusion of towels was good, they were no bigger than a hand towel so bigger towels would be greatly appreciated.
The bunk beds felt a little unsafe. So much so that we wouldn’t let our 6 year old sleep on the top bunk so he had to sleep on the bottom with our three year old. If an additional bar was added, it would be much better as a small child could easily roll through the existing one.
If the cleanliness was addressed, we would be really interested in returning each year. It’s a wonderful place to spend time as a family and explore the local areas. We loved Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza specifically although a car is needed for ease of access.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí
