The luxurious Villa Caiano is a modern property, located just 35 km from Florence. The property is comprised of two villas, which share between them a fantastic swimming pool and a very well cared for garden. A section of the main villa is lived in by the owners, however they do not use the swimming pool or the garden, these are both used exclusively by guests. The luxury swimming pool sits perfectly in between the two villas and the beautiful outdoor areas (which are terraced and have porches) are ideal for outdoor dining. The comfortable sun loungers around the pool make the space perfect for relaxing while basking in the hot Tuscan sun.
This rental offers spectacular panoramic views of the countryside and the Tuscan hills. From the nearby town of Rufina guests can easily take a train to the beautiful city of Florence.
Distances: Londa, offering a variety of shops 3 km, Dicomano 7 km, Rufina 12 km, Florence (airport and train station) 35 km, Arezzo 80 km, Pisa (airport) 130 km.

The property can be rented to a reduced number of guests (4) in which case the main villa remains closed-off.
