Casa Clementina is a newly built villa situated in the small village of Santa Maria just outside the characteristic town of Lucignano. In Lucignano, as well as good restaurants which you will definitely visit more than once to taste the local cuisine and excellent wines, you can do your shopping in small, typical village shops. Supermarkets and all services can be found in Sinalunga, about 5 km away.
The villa has a completely fenced garden, a beautiful private swimming pool (size m. 10x4, depth m. 1,20-1,60 - open from 01st May to 30th September ), a barbecue and a large porch next to the kitchen furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outside and relax in the summer evenings. The large living room on the ground floor, the spacious kitchen corner, the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make it particularly suitable for groups of families or friends, who could spend a relaxing holiday there.
The villa location, between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, is also particularly ideal if you want to move around and visit Tuscany and the main cities of art such as Arezzo (30 km), Siena (40 km), Florence (90 km) and even Perugia (70 km).
