Lucignano, accessible in a few minutes is really a beautiful village, was densely populated since the Etruscan times and then, during the Middle Age, became an important stronghold protecting the territories of Chiana Valley. Today the village, which preserves intact historical testimonies of its ancient origins, has facilities of every kind and all over the year there are several famous cultural and folk initiatives. The house is surrounded by a large green space completely fenced, shaded by forest trees and equipped with garden furniture. In a sunny position, a beautiful pool (size 9,30x5,60 m, depth 1,20-1,40 m) and a bowling green. The furnishing is nice and the many facilities (wood-burning oven, barbecue, 2 satellite TV, internet access with internet key, dish-washer, Microwave, toaster, washing machine and iron set), make the house an ideal place for a comfortable vacation.

FIRST FLOOR: with access both by internal or external staircase, sitting room with double sofa-bed, two double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower.
