Villa Poggigialli is a beautiful country house in the heart of Tuscany in Sinalunga, a town in the province of Siena just a few kilometers from Montepulciano.
Skillfully furnished in rustic style, the house can accommodate 12/14 people in 6 bedrooms and common spaces, such as the distinctive living room housed in the renovated stable. Outside, guests have at their disposal the beautiful private pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days; and the barbecue area for enjoying al fresco meals together; all in total privacy and tranquility.

The owner lives in the adjacent unit at Villa Poggigialli, but doesn’t use the garden or pool. He is available if guests need anything or would like recommendations about where to visit and the best places to taste the local Tuscan cuisine.

The house’s strategic location is within easy reach of Tuscany’s most important cities, such as Siena, Florence, and Arezzo; as well as the Val d’Orcia, Chianti and Umbria.


At guests’ disposal: 6 bedrooms, each with air conditioning; accommodation for 12/14 people; spacious living room and large, equipped outdoor spaces; pool reserved for guests’ exclusive use (asymmetric shape, about 13 x 8 meters; minimum depth: 1,20 meters; maximum depth: 1,80 meters) with whirlpool area; free wifi internet; outdoor loggia with table soccer, ping pong table and large table and chairs for dining outside; barbecue and wood-burning oven; pets permitted, € 40 per animal (please note that the owner has dogs on his adjacent property).

Please note: up to 300 kw per week of air conditioning is included. Guests will be charged for use above 300 km per week at € 0,40 per kw, to be paid at the property. The air conditioning system has its own separate meter.
