Malmantile está situada sólo 3 km de distancia de Malmantile (Italia), y sólo a 19 km de distancia desde Florencia en la zona turística "Florencia y Alrededores". Malmantile es una hermosa casa de vacaciones de piedra (350 m2) con WiFi y piscina privada. La propiedad puede acoger cómodamente ocho personas en cuatro habitaciónes con cuatro baños.

Lo que te espera
El propietario actual ha restaurado la antigua torre en una cómoda villa, que incluye varias antigüedades. Desde el jardín y en particular desde la piscina se puede disfrutar de una espléndida vista del campo y los pueblos. Se llega a la villa a lo largo de 600 metros de carretera que pasa a través de esta gran finca. La villa se encuentra en el medio de una granja donde se producen aceite de oliva y vino.
Tras llegar será acogido por el propietario u ama de llaves y encontrará una hermosa propiedad limpia y acogedora with views of las colinas ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas en Toscana. Para su goce encontrará jardín privado donde puede descansar gustandose un buen refresco después un día pasado museos.Uno de los beneficios de estar en una casa de vacaciones sino que en hoteles, es la posibilidad de relajarse tras un largo día de visitas con la familia y los amigos. Al anochecer sigue disfrutando con una buena comida y un buen vino local. Afuera encontrará barbacoa, patio y cancha de tenis. We loved our stay at Malmantile and would definitely recommend it! The house is very large and accommodates a large group easily with plenty of places to gather. The pool was the highlight of our stay and we spent hours just relaxing. Because it was particularly hot at the time of our visit I could have stayed all day, every day, at poolside. However we braved the heat and made day trips to Florence, Sienna, Carmignano, Artimino, and more. Trips to Florence were a breeze with the train station a 10 minute drive away, free parking, and a short hop to Florence which is a very walkable city. Our hosts, Tissiana and Eva, were welcoming and helpful and always available if we needed anything. Overall it was a magical place to stay and we highly recommend.

Het huis en de plek waren prachtig. Maar van binnen mag er wat wel worden vernieuwd. Keuken oud. Geen enkele luxe. Koelkast kapot. Tv kapot daarvoor kwamen ze een nieuwe brengen. Maar een kleinere konden ze niet vinden . Voor met 8 personen om op te kijken veel te klein. Oud koffiezet apparaat. Nee mag wel wat geïnvesteerd worden dan is het helemaal perfect . Bedden boven waren oud en slecht. Maar toch hebben we daar een fijne week gehad!! Zou dit aan de investeerder door geven. Kunnen ze ook meer huur vragen. Gr Fam Planjer als dit wordt gedaan zou ik zeker dit huis aanbevelen.

This beautiful villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very spacious and clean, and accommodated our family very comfortably. The location is very peaceful and picturesque nestled among a large olive grove. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and provided some delicious meals. We also loved to be able to play tennis and cool off in the huge swimming pool. We loved it all and hope to return again soon. Thank you to Michael, Eva, Titziana and Donnie for a memorable vacation!

Malmantile Villa is amazing. Highly recommended.

We can only try to explain just how absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful the Malmantile villa is!

The location, facilities, service and just general beauty were 5-star.

The Villa at Malmantile is a charming old convent renovated and restored.

The people that run it were so kind in welcoming us with a tour of the villa and gifted us a basket filled with fresh produce from their gardens, as well as their own creations of both the most divine olive oil and a deliciously rich bottle of red wine which were handcrafted from the vineyard and olive groves surrounding the villa!!

The pool is amazing. The Villa private and well kept.

Despite being a little late due to our Vueling flights into Florence, Michael and his colleague welcomed us warmly and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Michael was often around the villa and came to clean the pool and tidy some things up for us throughout the stay which was so kind, and he made sure to let us know of the upcoming public holiday during our stay and that stores would be closed during this time which was very much appreciated!!

They provided us information about local supermarkets and activities, as well as advice about to how to get to local cities such as Florence and Pisa via car AND public transport.

You definitely need to hire a car, as the road leading up to the villa is a few kilometres, and down to the shops in Malmamtile is further still (the road up to the villa is gravel/dirt and can be a bit bumpy, but our front wheel drive rental from Florence airport was fine.

Thank you to Michael and the team who made our stay in this charming place incredible and something to forever remember. The home made olive oil from the olive groves in the estate was the best we have ever tasted. Just wish we could bring more home with us!

We stayed here between 2July to 9 July. The villa was just what we wanted. It had everything we wanted and our family of 5 adults had plenty of space as well as peace and quiet. We made full use of the large pool and also the tennis courts.The surroding area and views were stunning and the small towns around had everything we needed including shopping, fuel, restaurants and a good railway connection for trains to Florence and then on to Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful yet unobtrusive. We would certainly recommend the location which was central for Florence, Pisa and Sienna- just wish we could have stayed longer

We had a wonderful one week's stay here in July. The house is simply stunning, filled with antique furniture and all mod cons. It has wonderful views from every room, set as it is in the middle of olive groves and vineyards. The swimming pool, cleaned every day, and a tennis court as well, made it hard to make the effort to get into Florence, which is only a short 10 min drive to the railway station (Montelupo) and then a 15 minute ride. There is an excellent rustic restaurant 5 minutes drive away in the vineyard of Tenuta San Vito, as well as a good restaurant/pizzeria in the local village of Malmontile. Titziana and her friend were always on hand to offer advice, and help out if we didn't know how to get something to work, so it ticked all the boxes. We'll be back!

The property was lovely and we had a fantastic family vacation. It was perfect for all of us as we had 9 people staying and it was the most idyllic place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversay. The 2 ladies who stayed onsite were lovely and were so helpful.

A delightful, quiet secluded villa, all facilities in the house & pool were very good. Our only comments of note are that the wifi needs upgrading / replacing, it was almost unusable. Tennis court surface needs maintenance. Other than these minor issues it was a delightful stay; recommended.

Top renovated big spacy Tuscany mansion. All bed rooms with bath! Stylish antique furniture. Had some romantic dinners at the hughe open fire place. Good for 8 P. Good logistic by train to Florence or Pisa. Shops, Restos near by in Malmantille (5min) and Lastra (15min). Was the money worth!

The Villa is very beautiful and quite rustic. If you want to experience living in the mountains in Tuscany this is the place to stay. The house keepers are wonderful and will cook for you and share local places to go and see. The area is so peaceful and so beautiful. There are GREAT restaurants near by, you can do wine tastings, cooking class, you are 15-20 minutes from Florence. It is a wonderful vacation if you want peace and quite and to experience Tuscany as its best. The villa is expensive and there are other options that are less expensive. This villa however is very private and that is a big plus. All in all it was a GREAT vacation just a bit expensive!
