In the area near the Villa you'll find everything you need, bars, restaurants and supermarkets only a few minutes of drive. The highway is at 2Km and gives you the possibility to reach the most important tuscan cities, such as Florence, Pisa and Siena.

The 2000 square meter garden is fully private. Entirely fenced for your privacy and security for your kids. The private pool measure 33 square meters and is surrounded by sun beds and 3 Pavilions. The main Pavilion is 30sqm big and is located near the house entrance with barbecue, large travertino table for 12 People and a sofa.

The Villa has all kind of Comforts like Airconditioning, Wifi, Washinmashine, Dishwasher and LCD TV with Satellite connection. The Kitchen has all kind of amenities that allows you to cook by yourself your tuscan dishes.
One bedroom and bathroom is located in a dependance reached through the Garden.

The ground floor is inhabited by only one Person and has her own entrance.
