We were very pleased with the property. It was convenient for the family to come and go without having to arrange transportation, allowing rest between activities.

Two couples and one single person from Australia in largest apartment for two weeks. Used as a base to see Tuscany. All bedrooms good and large. Unpleasant 'damp' odour in bathroom in back bedroom. Heating system good. Kitchen area was very disappointing. Facilities too small for "up to eight people". Weather too cold and wet for cooking/eating outside. No change of linen in the two weeks. Washing machine available but not operating properly. Nice quiet location but too far from village to walk. Several excellent restaurants in the village.

This place was terrific! The rental was a good size, although communal space was a little tight. The property was beautiful in April, Asciano is charming, and this part of Tuscany is breathtaking. It was really everything that we hoped for in a 'home base' and we would certainly consider returning.

Absolutely stunning property, in glorious hill top setting. The house was large, well appointed and very clean and warm when we arrived. It is sited by itself and so very private. The property forms part of an Agritourismo (a group of villas with a special license and usually some form of rural activity - in this case olive groves and horse arena/trekking).
We were welcomed (and assisted) by Franceska throughout our stay. She is very warm, welcoming and made us feel right at home.
If you have kids (or yourself) who like horses it came as a wonderful surprise to us that the property forms part of a 44ha property that boasts a covered arena and a full time horse instructor, Sandro. He was very kind to our kids and they managed several rides/treks during our stay, making them very happy.

please look our comments for the another Vall di Gallo as they apply perfectly for this as well. We have nothing more to add. Our visit was unbelievable and we will never forget such a good experience.

The owners were more than hospitable and the conditions were perfect. We have no bad comments about the place and we would like soon to visit it again.

La casa es preciosa y muy bien situada a poca distancia de todos los sitios importantes de la toscana. Los propietarios son muy amables y si tienes cualquier problema están pendientes para solucionarlo. La verdad es que recomiendo mucho esta villa porque está muy limpia, moderna, bien equipada, bien situada y los propietarios son encantadores.

The villa is located in a very small village, surrounded by amazing views! Also great starting point to drive around the area. Very close to Pisa, Florence and Sienna. However the car is NEEDED!
Villa is an amazing condition! beautiful and clean inside (make sure you get the wood for the fire place, real treat!), great bbq/dining area outside, 2min away from a restaurant serving fantastic pizzas! Would recommend to anyone.
The lady who owns the restaurant just around the corner - Liliana, was helping us whenever needed! She was really really nice any time we asked for anything.
