Das Haus war nach der Wegbeschreibung schwer zu finden, aber um so schöner, als wir es dann erreicht hatten. Das kleine Haus und der große Pool bieten alles, was man für einen gelungenen Toskana-Aufenthalt braucht. Lage und Aussicht sind außergewöhnlich schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir bekamen sogar einen selbst gebackenen, noch warmen Kuchen geschenkt. Wir können diese Unterkunft rückhaltlos weiter empfehlen.

The little house and the large pool offer everything you need for a successful stay in Tuscany. Location and views are exceptionally beautiful. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. We even got a homemade, still warm cake as gift. We can recommend this property without reserve.
Very nice apartments, fully equipped with everything you need. Was a bit hesitant as i expected it to be a sort of small centerparcs but this was not the case. I could not discover any con's on this villa
The accommodation in the three apartments is spacious although basically furnished. The property is superb based on the outside facilities, great swimming pool,tennis court and space to spread out. Quietly situated but with easy access to Sinalunga
Very nice villa, located at about 15 to 20 minutes from Arezzo, but at 5 minutes from the small commune of Subbiano which offers 2 supermarkets, boucher, bakery,... . Good to visit Sienna, Firenze, Perrugia. Quite surroundings & good for cycling.
Excellent little house in private surroundings. We enjoyed the pool and nice garden.
The kitchen is very limited and there were no wineglasses, only 3 knifes, no kitchen knife. We donated wineglasses so they should be there now :-)
We have had a wonderful week in this holiday home.
Very nice and welcoming owners. Quietly situated House and plenty to see and do in the area. We would like to come back.
Bel appartement spacieux dans une grande villa, propre, au calme.
De plein pied et avec un espace privé extérieur avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue, le San Donato 2 est idéal pour manger dehors. On y a vécu facilement à 4 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bébé.
La piscine est agréable et très bien entretenue.
L'accueil est chaleureux et l'accueillante se montre très disponible et à l'écoute. Elle nous a été d'une aide précieuse lorsque 2 d’entre nous ont rencontré des soucis de santé. Merci Julia pour ta gentillesse et ta disponibilité.
Sans aucun doute, une bonne adresse pour passer de bonnes vacances en Toscane!

At the ground floor and with a private outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue, the San Donato 2 is ideal for outside dining. It is suitable for 4 adults, 3 children and 1 baby.
The pool is nice and very well maintained.
The welcome is warm and the key-holder is very friendly and attentive. She has been of invaluable help when two of us met health concerns. Julia thank you for your kindness and your help.
Undoubtedly, a good place for a good holiday in Tuscany!
