Très belle maison, vue magnifique, propriétaires charmants et discrets, bref nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille.

Das große Haus liegt auf einem schönen Privatgrundstück auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderbarem Fernblick. Auch bei großer Hitze wehte dort stets ein angenehm leichtes Lüftchen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alle Geräte voll funktionsfähig. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen und bieten Schutz vor Insekten. Allerdings sollte man sich nachts mit Autan gegen Mückenstiche schützen, denn die Plagegeister gibt es trotzdem in den Zimmern. Beide Toiletten verfügen über Bidets. Die Betten sind bequem und sehr groß. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sowohl Italienisch als auch Englisch. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort um erholsame Ferien zu verbringen.
We stayed in the villa in the beginning of August 2014 with two couples and two toddlers (17 months) and had a fantastic vacation. I would recommend this villa to anyone. The villa is clean, well maintained and kept by the friendly and hospitable owners. I really suggest to book the cooking classes and enjoy the dinners cooked by the owners, absolutely great food and wine. Our children enjoyed the horses which are on the same plot of land.
Die Zimmer und Bäder sind in einem sauberen und renovierten Zustand. Es stehen ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum und eine Terrasse mit einem Tisch für mehr als 20 Personen zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin hat für unsere Reisegruppe auf Nachfrage zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsniveau ein italienisches Menü zubereitet. Durch die abgelegene Lage im Nationalpark sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie nicht in Fußreichweite erreichbar. Die erhöhte Hanglage erlaubt dafür einen schönen Ausblick auf das die Täler und Berghänge des Casentino. Ein kleiner Swimmingpool ermöglicht sportliche Betätigung für Kinder.
The house is in beautiful location, about 5 kilometers from certaldo. Clean, tidy, suitable for kids. Pool is big, clean.
Owners are very polite and nice
no wi-fi, but luckily there is pizzeria a minue away from the house on a tiny lake where there is internet.
Wir (je 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind) verbrachten hier einen wundervollen Urlaub,das Haus ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig (es sei denn,man benötigt einen WLAN-Anschluß).Mit dem Vermieter verstand man sich auch ohne spachliche Kenntnisse (er nur italienisch und französisch,wir deutsch und englisch),er kam fast jeden Früh zur Poolreinigung.Da die Kinder fast die gesamte Urlaubszeit in einem Doppelbett schliefen,war das Einzelbett in der Regel unbenutzt.Man kann die Umgebung erkunden (Lage: nahe der Grenze zu Umbrien;Florenz wurde von uns mit dem Zug in ca. einer Stunde erreicht,Abfahrt in Arezzo) oder den Tag am Pool verbringen.Vielen Dank nochmal an das Vermieterehepaar.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We (2 couples each with one child) had here a wonderful holiday. The house left nothing to be desired (unless you need a wireless connection). We could well understand the owner even without linguistic knowledge (he spoke only Italian and French, we only German and English). He came almost every morning to clean the pool. As the children slept almost the entire holiday period in a double bed, the single bed was left unused. You can explore the surrounding area (location: near the border with Umbria, Florence was achieved by us by train in about an hour, exit at Arezzo) or spend the day at the pool. Thanks again to the landlord couple.
