A few km from Trasimeno Lake, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. Villa Marty is part of a holiday homes complex, including other two attractive villas in stone, Villa Susanna and Villa Aba, each one with its own private garden and swimming pool. Situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, the three villas are dominated by the antique Etruscan cities of Cortona and Castiglion del Lago.

Castiglione del Lago and the nearby cities of Perugia and Arezzo. A short drive takes you to Arezzo with its masterpieces painted by Piero della Francesca, to the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza and Lucignano, as well as to Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. Only 4 km away the village of Castiglion del Lago with its impressive castle, shops, restaurants and all kind of facilities, and from where it is starting the bicycle path giving the possibility the make the whole tour of the lake.

Swimming pool with salt water purification, large equipment. On the large garden all around the villa equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue and bicycles, has been installed a very nice pool for the exclusive use of the client (dim. 5x10 m., depth m. 1,50 , water depuration with salt). The villa has high quality and characteristic furniture and is equipped with all modern comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, and safe. At full guests disposal a large park, a fresh wood with table and chairs, play area for children, table tennis.

FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and small terrace.

EQUIPMENT: dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, oven, safe, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fly screens, barbecue, play area for children, table tennis, bicycles, Wi-Fi Internet access, hair-dryer.

Posto bellissimo, tuttavia ci sono molte piccole cose che non vanno. Innanzitutto per raggiungere la casa bisogna per forza percorrere 1,5 km di strada sterrata, dei 3 bagni nella casa solo in una è presente il bidet, le luci della piscina durante la sera vengono tenute spente, il wi-fi non presente al contrario di quanto indicato, doccia rotta al nostro arrivo (ma successivamente riparata in seguito alla nostra chiamata), un solo televisore in tutta la casa, secondo piano inabitabile a causa del caldo, luci spente all'esterno dopo le 11 e una rampa ripidissima per accedere alla casa, impossibile da superare senza l'aiuto di una persona che da fuori consigli le manovre. Nonostante questo, soggiorno piacevole, ma che si potrebbe migliorare.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful place, however there are some little issues to be fixed. First of all, to reach the house you have to travel 1.5 km of dirt road. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, but only one has a bidet. The pool lights are kept off during the night, the wi-fi is not functioning on the contrary to what is indicated. There was a broken shower upon our arrival (but it was repaired following our call), only one TV in the whole house, second floor uninhabitable due to the hot, lights off outside after 11 in the night and a very steep ramp to access the house, impossible to be overcome without the help of a person who advises the maneuvers from outside.
Despite this, pleasant stay, but it could be improved.

Posto molto tranquillo, a due passi dal lago Trasimeno. La villa è circondata da un grande parco curato con piscina. La casa molto accogliente . Siamo stati benissimo e la consiglio.

Bardzo ładny i zadbany domek, wokoło mnóstwo pięknej zieleni, właścicielka przychodziła prawie codziennie czyścić basen ale to na plus, niestety minusem jest to ze właścicielka nie potrafi ani jednego słowa po angielsku więc ciężko było się dogadać, napewno polecę ten domek swoim znajomym.

Bardzo ładny i zadbany domek, wokoło mnóstwo pięknej zieleni, właścicielka przychodziła prawie codziennie czyścić basen ale to na plus, niestety minusem jest to ze właścicielka nie potrafi ani jednego słowa po angielsku więc ciężko było się dogadać, napewno polecę ten domek swoim znajomym.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice and well kept holiday house, around a lot of beautiful greenery, the owner came almost every day to clean the pool but it was a plus, alas the downside is that the owner can not speak a single word in English so hard to get along, I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends.

Heerlijk zoutwater zwembad. Zeer behulpzame eigenares. Keukengerief is aan vervanging toe. Te weinig borden, tassen... voor volledige bezetting. Bijbetalen voor internet is niet normaal in de huidige tijd. Weg naar villa is niet geasfalteerd (ongeveer 2 KM) en dus zeer stoffig.

[English Translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Lovely saltwater pool. Very helpful owner. Kitchenware is due for replacement. Too few plates, cups ... for full occupancy. Pay extra for internet is not normal in the present times. Road to villa is unpaved (around 2 KM) and therefore very dusty.
