Il posto è molto bello ed è dotato di un ampio giardino con vista sulla vallata. La casa, ben strutturata, ha tutto il necessario per passare un piacevole soggiorno. Consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura lontano da tutti e da tutto. Ritorneremo senz'altro, data anche la gentilezza e la cordialità dei proprietari.

We liked the villa very much. It is very comfortable, and I would only suggest to have a place to put the soap and shampoo in the shower.

The apartament is very nice and located in a wonderful ancient city.
Could be very appreciate to add a coat hangers in the apartaments.

Very charming house, cosy, well equipped with everything. We have spent Christmas days and felt as we were at home. Rooms located in the upper floor are spacious and with views on the valley. On the other hand , all rooms located on the lower floor are not so cosy; especially one, which has two small windows and it is mostly underground. Not much light in the rooms, not even artificial. All mattresses are extremely comfortable and it is great to sleep there! Bathrooms are all spacious, nicely furnished.
Nice garden and surroundings, good for walking and exercising. I can imagine how wonderful could be having dinner on the patio table outside. In winter was too cold to be outside. But the view is beatiful from the upper floor windows. We could lit up everynight the fireplace. The owners provided us a small Christmas tree and few decoration. Location is quite comfortable to reach easily Arezzo. Also Monte San Savino and Cortona, it is a 45 minutes drive.

C’est un lieu merveilleux à tout point de vue.
La période d’hiver n’est cependant pas le meilleur choix. En effet, le chauffage au gaz nous a coûté une fortune pour une semaine.
Pour les autres saisons n’hésitez pas !

Il villino di cortona si colloca in un contesto ideale: silenzioso, ampio, con piscina personale e spazio per oziare in tranquillita'. La casa e' comoda, confortevole e attrezzata in modo perfetto. Il camino assicua un'atmosfera calda e rilassante e la casa e' divisa in modo ottimale in modo da dare una completa indipendenza a due coppie. I propietari sono gentili,ospitali e molto disponibili, con attenzioni non scontate per i loro ospiti.Insomma un soggiorno molto piacevole e un'esperienza positiva.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The Villino di Cortona is located in an ideal context: quiet, spacious, with a private swimming pool and space for lounging in tranquillity. The house is nice, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The fireplace ensures a warm and relaxing atmosphere and the house is optimally divided to offer complete independence to two couples. The owners are friendly, hospitable and very helpful, with attentions that are not obvious for their guests. In short, a very pleasant stay and a positive experience.

Abbiamo deciso di passare il ponte dell'immacolata insieme ad altre 2 famiglie con bambini piccoli e ragazzi, in totale eravamo 6 adulti 3 ragazzi e 3 bambini, siamo arrivati il giorno dell'immacolata e siamo stati accolti da una signora molta gentile (Daniela) che ci ha permesso di entrare in anticipo dandoci la possibilità di non perdere tutta la giornata. Abbiamo occupato 3 appartamenti veramente deliziosi e arredati con cura, la struttura si trova in una zona molto comoda per far visita a diversi luoghi special,(parco Pinocchio, Lucca, Pisa ecc..), all'interno do ognuno tutte le comodità. Consiglio il soggiorno in particolare alle famiglie con bambini.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We decided to spend here some days in December along with 2 other families with young children and teenagers, in total we were 6 adults 3 teens and 3 children. We arrived on December 8, a bank day and we were greeted by a very kind lady (Daniela) who allowed us to come in early giving us the chance not to lose the whole day. We have occupied 3 apartments that are really delicious and furnished with care. The complex is located in a very convenient area to visit different special places (Pinocchio park, Lucca, Pisa etc ..). Internally each unit has all the comforts. I recommend the stay especially for families with children.
