Il Poggiolo is a beautiful villa in a lovely position just outside Monte San Savino, one of the most visited towns in the Valdichiana, founded perhaps during the Roman Empire but certainly an important castle in Medieval times. Its walls protect many important Medieval and Renaissance buildings.
Walking distance. From the house Il Poggiolo, with a short walk, it is possible to reach Monte San Savino, endowed with restaurants, bars and shops, so it is no necessary to have a car to move around.
The tennis court, the beautiful pool and the park. In the garden with cypress trees and pines there are a beautiful swimming pool (size 5x10 m- depth 0,80 - 2,00 m.) and a tennis court (free use), 2 bicycles and playground for children, all for the exclusive and private use of the guests. Il Querciolo is well positioned allowing a 360° view of the surrounding valley that, in every season, offers a magical alternating of colours: the bright green of spring, the golden yellow of the ripe wheat in summer and, in autumn, the intense ochre of the earth that has just been ploughed and is ready for sowing.
The swimming pool and the many services. There is a beautiful pool (size 6x12 m, depth 0,80-2,00 m) near the house in a panoramic and sunny position, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels which are also used to heat the pool which consequently, can be easily used from April to October. Next to the house passes a secondary road which connects Monte San Savino to Civitella in Valdichiana and Arezzo.

In the outskirts of Marciano della Chiana, ancient medieval village which still maintains an intact sighting tower and the majestic walls of the fortress, we find CASA FANFULLA. It is a portion of a nice new building where two of the apartments are at our guests disposal, each one with independent entrance. The village of Marciano della Chiana, with shops and facilities, is only 500 m far from the property. So it is possible to walk to the restaurant or to do some shopping, and in the meantime admire the landscape of the surrounding countryside with its silver olive groves, green vineyards and cultivated fields.
The apartments, the garden and the private pool. For the guests a fresh fenced garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue and the fenced swimming pool (size mt 5x10 - depth mt 1,40) for the clients exclusive use. The apartments are furnished in a simple way but comfort is assured (washing machine, dish washer, oven, TV). Air conditioning private car spots and garages (35m2 each).

In the hill area between the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno, quaint medieval hamlets situated straddle the two provinces of Arezzo and Siena, we find CASA FELICE. Lucignano one of the most characteristic villages of the Valdichiana, which still maintains an intact oval circle of walls, is only 1 km far from the house and has shops and services of every kind, and is within a walking distance.
Garden and swimming pool. In the large garden shaded by an age-old oak and surrounded by olive groves, there are at guests disposal a 9x4 m swimming pool (depth 1,50 m), a barbecue, table and chairs and sun umbrellas. Next to the house passes a secondary road which connects the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno.
A comfortable and relaxing vacation. The nice furnishing and the many facilities (washing machine, dish-washer, oven, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, iron, satellite TV) guarantee a relaxing and comfortable holiday. On request we can arrange for you at the house typical Tuscan dinners.

Lucignano and southern Tuscany. Villa Fosca lies on the slopes of one of the hills which face the Sienese Valdichiana and gently descend towards the valley. This beautiful house, carefully restored, is set in a panoramic and quiet position, very close to Lucignano, a village in Southern Tuscany which represents one of the most extraordinary examples of medieval town-planning. Its fortunate geographic setting in a dominant position in the Valdichiana between Siena and Arezzo has made it strategically important through the centuries. It was a medieval castle fiercely contested by surrounding territories.
Beautiful villa immersed in the countryside. This beautiful villa is immersed in typical Tuscan countryside amongst cultivated fields, vineyards, olive groves and woods. Furnishing is comfortable and of good standard. All around it there is a large, fenced outside space with garden furniture and barbecue. Behind the house, in a sunny and panoramic position there is a 6 x 12 m. pool (depth 0,90-1,60 m.), for the exclusive use of clients. Close by the villa with independent entrance is the owner's house, who is completely at guests' disposal, should they require any assistance during their stay.

The nearby medieval village of Lucignano. CASA ROSADA lies among the country side of Lucignano, a picturesque medieval village perfectly preserving an elliptic shape circle of walls. Casa Rosada is a part of a farmhouse which is composed by three floors and a small annex.
The heated pool, the garden and the gym. The property is completely fenced and it is set up with a well kept garden of about 300 m2 where, exclusively for our clients, there are a lovely swimming pool (dim. 8x4 m. - depth 1,30-,160 m.), the barbecue, the porch with table and chairs to eat outside and the table football. It is possible to heat the pool at the cost of Euro 12,00 per day. The annex basement, where once there were cellars , has been equipped with a fresh gym. The furniture is well-groomed and comfortable.

Casa Clementina is a newly-built country house situated in the very small village of Santa Maria, just outside the characteristic town of Lucignano. Lucignano has really ancient origins, dated back to the Etruscan age and it is certainly worth to visit to admire its particular, elliptic shape and still intact circle of walls. Nowadays the town is a quiet, country place which still preserves the old, peasant Tuscan traditions and is endowed with restaurants, cafès and small grocery shops. The house position is ideal to tour Tuscany and its main art cities, such as Arezzo (30 km), Siena (40 km), Firenze (90 km) and Perugia (70 km).
Ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Casa Clementina has its own garden completely fenced, a beautiful swimming pool (size m. 10x4, depth m. 1,20-1,60), a barbecue and a large porch next to the kitchen, equipped with table and chairs to eat outside and relax in summer nights. Furnishing is nice and cozy and offers a good level of comfort.
