Ein wunderschönes Haus in unglaublich schöner Lage!
Wir haben hier eine Woche mit unseren Töchtern und deren Familien verbracht und jeden Tag den schönen Pool, den Garten und die Terrasse genossen.
Die Kinder konnten sich herrlich austoben, ohne dass man befürchten musste, der Lärm könnte andere stören.
Sie haben morgens einen Fasan entdeckt, der durch das Gelände stolzierte und mit uns auf einer Wanderung in das absolut bezaubernde Gennaro Brombeeren gepflückt.
Da wir bei starkem Regen angekommenen sind, mussten wir den ersten Abend drinnen verbringen, was dank des großzügigen Esstisches auch gar kein Problem war.
Das Haus ist geräumig, die Zimmer großzügig und überwiegend mit schönen alten Möbeln ausgestattet.
Die Dependance wurde von unseren Enkeln bewohnt, die die vorhandene Klimaanlage zu schätzen wussten.
Der einzige negative Punkt ist die Zufahrt mit sehr vielen Schlaglöchern.
Insgesamt können wir das Haus für einen Familienurlaub in wunderschöner Landschaft nur empfehlen.

We spent a week here with our daughters and their families and enjoyed every day the beautiful pool, the garden and the terrace.
The children were able to let off steam without having to worry about the noise disturbing others.
They discovered a pheasant in the morning, which walked around the grounds and picked us for a hike to the absolutely enchanting Gennaro blackberry.
Since we arrived in heavy rain, we had to spend the first evening indoors, which was no problem thanks to the spacious dining table.
The house is spacious, the rooms spacious and mostly equipped with beautiful old furniture.
The dependance was inhabited by our grandchildren, who appreciated the air conditioning.
The only negative point is the driveway with a lot of potholes.
Overall, we can recommend the house for a family holiday in beautiful scenery.
We had a wonderful time.
Lovely setting, good size suite, helpful staff and fabulous breakfasts.
You need a car as it is off the beaten track but that is why we selected the property. Would go again.
Fue una suerte encontrar esta villa para pasar nuestras vacaciones en La Toscana. La recomendamos sin dudar. Sabrina y su familia son unos anfitriones encantadores.

This was a wonderful holiday, and it is hard to put into words how perfect this property is. We visited as a group of 3 families, 12 of us in total, and Vigna San Giuseppe could not have been better. The location is stunning, with fabulous views, far enough out of the town for perfect peace and quiet (our children aside!), yet an easy 20-ish minute stroll into Subbiano if we wanted to eat out locally in the evening. 20 minutes by train to Arezzo, and so many beautiful places to visit within easy driving distance - Cortona, Siena, Poppi, Lake Trasimeno and more - or the train to Florence.
The pool is wonderful, and the house has all the facilities you could need, plus mountain bikes, table tennis, table football, volleyball - and fresh eggs daily from the chickens!
A word also for our wonderful hosts - Giuditta and her sister Genevra were so welcoming and catered for our every need. They were completely committed to making sure we enjoyed our stay, and we could not have asked for more. If you do stay here, make sure you take up their offer of cooking you a traditional Tuscan meal - absolutely delicious VIP treatment!
I spent a four weeks holiday with various parts of the family at Podere le Coste and had booked he whole complex for that purpose. It had all what we could wish for and it is located in a great position. While l give full marks to the property l have to comment that the reception and assistance on the spot were lousy.
positief : zeer rustige ligging boven op een berg. Weinig andere gasten aanwezig. Midden in de natuur met herten en everzwijnen.
negatief : 5 ( ! ) km lange en moeilijk berijdbare zandweg ernaartoe. Vooral lage auto's hebben het daar moeilijk mee. Keuken was niet proper ( vuile glazen, vuil gasvuur,...) De rest was ok qua properheid.

negative: 5 (!) km long and difficult to drive sandy access road. Low cars in particular have a hard time with that. Kitchen was not clean (dirty glasses, dirty gas fire, ...) The rest was ok in terms of cleanliness.
Die Villa und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Ein einziger Minuspunkt für die Villa gibt es, weil sie relativ dunkel ist und weil keine Klima-Anlage existiert. Es wurde sehr warm im Haus (am Ende 32 Grad) und keine Chance sie runter zu kühlen.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass hier Agrotourismus betrieben wird. Heißt, es werden sehr viele Lebensmittel sowie Wein angebaut und als Tasting (gemeinsames Abendessen) angeboten. Bio pur und das schmeckt man :-)
Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben sich um alles gekümmert.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The villa and the surroundings are very nice. There is a single minus for the villa, because it is relatively dark and because no air conditioning system exists. It was very warm in the house (in the end 32 degrees) and no chance to cool it down.
We really liked that here agritourism is operated. It means that a lot of food and wine are grown and offered as a tasting (common dinner). Pure organic and you can taste it :-)
The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating and took care of everything.
