We spent a wonderful 12 nights here in August. The accommodation was basic (only added to the charm for us) in beautiful grounds and was super clean. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and a welcome treat in between all our exploring. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating despite our mutual language barriers (we promise to learn more Italian next time!) the surrounding area is absolutely stunning! Pitigliano is only a few minutes drive and took my breath away each time we visited. Saturnia hot springs are also close by and a must see. Plenty of places to venture just a little further too also including Lake Bolsensa (recommend pre booking a boat rental) and Monte Argentario. If you don’t mind a little more driving Rome, Siena, Montepulciano, to name a few, are all easily accesible. We had an amazing trip. This accommodation was a great base and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Ik geef deze woning 5 sterren. De woning is goed bereikbaar en makkelijk te vinden. De eigenaar/host is zeer vriendelijk en zeer duidelijk. Er was direct contact via whatsapp en bij aankomst werd alles duidelijk uitgelegd. Ook kregen we zeer veel tips over supermarkten, restaurant en andere bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. De woning was schoon en netjes. Alles was aanwezig en als dat er niet was konden we daar aan de host om vragen. Het zwembad is ook netjes en schoon. Wij zaten er tijden een hittegolf (meer dan 40 graden elke dag) en dat was wel warm zonder airconditioning. Maar ik wil daar niet over klagen want ik vond dat heerlijk. Wij waren er met ons gezin met 4 kinderen.

There was direct contact via WhatsApp and everything was clearly explained upon arrival. We also received a lot of tips about supermarkets, restaurants and other attractions in the area. The house was clean and tidy. Everything was there and if it wasn't there we could ask the host for it. The swimming pool is also neat and clean. We were there during a heat wave (more than 40 degrees every day) and it was hot without air conditioning. But I don't want to complain about that because I loved it. We were there with our family with 4 children.
Nous avons passé deux semaines à la Fattoria Le Chianacce dans la chambre La Lolla.
Notre séjour a été merveilleux, Simona et toute la famille étaient vraiment très gentils et serviables, même si nous ne parlons pas un mot d'italien, tout s'est déroulé parfaitement.
La piscine fabuleuse au milieu des champs d'oliviers. La maison est au milieu du paysage toscan, c'est magnifique et très calme. Les voisins sont aussi très sympathiques.
Pour mon chien aussi c'était super, il avait la possibilité de courir de partout (bon le mien a du être gardé en laisse à cause des chats qu'il chasse malheureusement... mais sinon pour les propriétaires de chien, tout est très bien fermé, et votre ami à quatre pattes va se régaler et recevoir des caresses de la part de tout le monde )
Très bonne connexion WIFI.
Le logement était très propre et bien fourni
Grâce à l'épaisseur des murs, il faisait toujours frais à l'intérieur
Possibilité de jouer au Ping Pong, très belle terrasse avec vue magnifique
Pas loin de Sienne, Florence, Montepulcianno....

Our stay was wonderful, Simona and the whole family were really very kind and helpful, even though we don't speak a word of Italian, everything went perfectly.
The fabulous swimming pool in the middle of the olive fields. The house is in the middle of the Tuscan landscape, it is beautiful and very peaceful. The neighbors are also very friendly.
For my dog it was also great, he was able to run everywhere (well mine had to be kept on a leash because of the cats he chases unfortunately... but otherwise for dog owners, everything is very tightly closed, and your four-legged friend will enjoy themselves and receive caresses from everyone)
Very good WIFI connection.
The accommodation was very clean and well furnished
Thanks to the thickness of the walls, it was always cool inside

Magnifique hébergement, typique de la Toscane. Situé au milieu des vignes et des oliviers avec de superbes paysages.
Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire.
Les choses que je reprocherai seraient le manque d'équipement de la cuisine (1 micro-onde aurait été bienvenu!), un étendoir pour le linge et les heures d'ouverture de la piscine (fermeture trop tôt)

The things I would criticize would be the lack of kitchen equipment (a microwave would have been welcome!), a drying rack for laundry and the opening hours of the swimming pool (it closes too early)

Extraordinaire location. On retournera volontiers!! Patrizia est une hôte charmante et attentionné. Il y a plein de restos facile d'accès et de tout les budgets. Nous avons apprécié le fait d'être près des belles villes de Florence, Sienne et Arezzo.

La propriété est une ancienne ferme réhabilitée avec soin, discrétion et très bon goût. Elle est isolée et idéale pour se reposer au calme.
La piscine est très agréable et sans chlore.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, très attentionnés et apportent de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter aux alentours.

A slightly mixed picture....a lovely house and beautiful grounds/pool, and a fantastic location to explore the wonderfully rich local area....but for a family with children it took time to relax following rather a set of draconian warnings on arrival of the potential for penalty charges during your stay.... ("the doors cost $X000 to replace, the sinks cost $Y000"...."you cannot sit here, don't sit there"...."if you break a plate it will cost $X, if you loose a spoon it will cost $Z"...and don't even think about leaving the cushions outside..!). Appreciate that the owners are understandably proud and protective of a loverly house, but it wasn't a warm welcome....that said, we certainly managed to have a lovely couple of weeks...(and avoid any breakages/charges....!)
