Très agréablement surpris par l'environnement, entre les oliviers et les vignes, la vue sur la plaine. L'appartement très spacieux avec une belle terrasse côté "EST", une belle piscine, et toujours ce calme très paisible, surtout après le retour des nombreuses visites. Le propriétaire très agréable et surtout toujours là pour donner de bon conseil des lieux à visiter, (des itinéraires à faire ou à prendre). Le côté négatif, la connexion Wifi de l'appartement impossible, il fallait se déplacer jusqu'à la réception, et, surtout les moustiques!!!! La sortie des lieux en fin de séjour étant à 9h du matin.Pour les joueurs de tennis le court est très abimé (fissures).
En conclusion nous recommandons se lieu très agréable, en n'oubliant pas le petit restaurant d'à côté (30m).

The very spacious apartment with a terrace, a beautiful pool, and always this very peaceful quetness, especially after the return of many visits. The owner is very nice and always there to give good advice on places to visit (or routes to take). The negative side, the Wi-Fi in the apartment is impossible, we had to move to the reception area - and especially mosquitoes!! The check-out is at 9 in the morning. For tennis players: the court is severely damaged (cracks).
In conclusion we recommend this very pleasant place, not forgetting the little restaurant next door (30m).

The agency was fantastic in helping us get the villa we wanted. Most of the booking was done by skype phone and the various people we spoke to were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The booking system was straightforward.
Once we got to the villa the owners (who live onsite) were delightful and extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to overcome language barriers and we were all sad to leave at the end of our week.

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in de "Podere Il Doccio". Samen met een andere familie hebben we kunnen genieten van het mooie zwembad en dito omgeving. De huisjes waren heel gerieflijk en verzorgd.
De streek is, zoals genoeg bekend, prachtig: In Firenze was het weliswaar over de koppen lopen, maar Siena, Pisa, Lucca en andere steden waren "doenbaar". Ook culinair was het een topper met een wijnproef en leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.
Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar rust, cultuur en een prachtige omgeving.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a great stay at the "Podere Il Doccio". Together with another family we enjoyed the beautiful pool and area. The cottages were very comfortable and cared for.
The region is as well known enough, beautiful: In Florence it was crowded, but Siena, Pisa, Lucca and other towns were "doable". Also, it was a culinary excellence with a wine tasting and nice restaurants nearby.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, culture and beautiful scenery.
