Fabulous setting and views from the apartment and poolside
The lack of a/c in the Rosa Bianca was a problem for us, it was very warm, especially through the night
Unfortunately the bar was closed all day for coffee's and other drinks and having to book breakfast 1-2 days in advance was a bit frustrating....we never had breakfast on site for that reason

We have had a very pleasant time with our friends. The kids enjoyed themselves very much in the garden and pool. The house is beautiful decorated and clean, only remark we have is about the kitchen. It is not so large, could be a little bit cleaner and the dishwasher is not working properly. Furthermore if you are thinking of renting this villa, it is far away (15 minute drive) to Montaione but than again, is is a very nice village.

The Villa was spacious and lovely, the owner extremely helpful and the town of Lucignano just a 10 minute walk. Lucignano is charming, quiet, authentic and truly magical. I'd recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful property, owner was very nice and helpful. Pool was great, views are spectacular. The bedrooms in the separate residence are a little small and you must navigate a spiral staircase to get to them. Our family of 8 adults had a great time. Plenty of family togetherness room, both in the house and on the magnificent patio. Good location between Florence, Pisa, Lucca, wineries, San Gimignano (places we visited) Peccioli is a nearby town where we took a FABULOUS cooking class (Arianna and Friends). Very good resaturants near by.
