On the premises there is a small outbuilding adjoining the villa offering a double bedroom with bathroom (rented only together with the villa to accommodate up to 6 people).
The location of this property is ideal to enjoy the Tuscan country-side and at the same time to visit the beautiful art cities of the region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The house is spread over two floors. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance located under the porch that leads to a living area with sofas, large kitchen (please note that the kitchen is not equipped with an oven), TV room and dining area that connect to a multifunctional space and a bathroom for guests. Adjacent to the outdoor porch there is a guest bathroom with a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Also on the first floor, with access via a wooden spiral staircase, is the suite with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.
Park:
The 5,000 sq m garden surrounding the farmhouse is bordered by flowers, herbs, and typical Tuscan plants such as laurels, pomegranates, and olive trees. A pergola adjacent to the pool area provides a shaded dining spot equipped with a barbecue. Comfortable seating under the portico creates a cozy outdoor living space. The house has two floors and presents itself as a typical Tuscan rustic-style farmhouse in stone, from the terracotta floors (in the living area) to the exposed wooden-beamed ceilings and stone-framed windows, with open areas where the rooms communicate with each other through particular arched openings. The furnishings of the house, too, recall the typical Tuscan rustic style, with wooden furniture and rooms in warm welcoming colours. In the sleeping area is an elegant floor in light porcelain stoneware with finishes in terracotta and pietra serena. The house is composed of three bedrooms and a family suite (with double bedroom and a room with two bunk beds), all with private bathroom and air conditioning, a comfortable dining room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen facing the garden, and a room with TV and fireplace. Interior:
Podere Il Chiesino has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor leads into a large dining room. To the left is the large, modern and well-equipped kitchen with outside access. To the right of the entrance is a small sitting room with fireplace and TV. From here you then continue to a double bedroom, with direct access to the garden, and, on the opposite side, to a hallway with a handy wardrobe and a bathroom with shower serving the ground-floor bedroom. Next to the bathroom is a technical room with laundry area. Returning to the sitting room, you come to the beautiful, glass-enclosed veranda, facing the pool, with a nice dining table and sitting area. An internal staircase from the sitting room leads up to the first floor with two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, and a family suite with a double bedroom, a separate room with two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and TV and access to the raised floor of the external garden.
Park:
The beautiful garden surrounding the property extends for 500 sq m over an area of 20 hectares of land and is completely fenced and entirely accessible. Just past the entrance gate, you come to the parking area, shaded by tall pine trees. From the parking area, the main entrance is reached up a flight of stone and brick steps or along the path which also leads to the veranda. The whole garden is covered in lawn and trees, such as pines, olives and firs, that provide many areas of shade, where you can admire the beautiful panorama over the crags of Volterra or the surrounding hills. The house is also adorned with luxuriant creepers and a varied vegetation of flowers, such as roses and daisies, which lend a beautiful touch of colour to the surrounding greenery. The ground-floor bedroom has direct access to the garden and in the main entrance area the French window is adorned with beautiful jasmine, which defines its shape. The bedroom with kitchen on the first floor also has access to the external garden, on a small raised terrace, in the area with the brick-built barbecue. The swimming pool is located behind the property, in front of the veranda, on terracing below the level of the house and can be reached via a path and then a few stone steps. The rectangular infinity pool, with submerged steps for access to the water; measures 13 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1 to 1,50 m; it is lined in sand-coloured granite and has internal lighting and chlorine purification. The surrounding sunbathing area is arranged with little sofa, umbrellas and sunbeds. There is also a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Podere Calcheto is a single building consisting of two separate units with an independent, external access. Each unit has two floors connected by both internal and external stairs. UNIT 1: The ground floor in the left wing is composed by a dining room, kitchenette and pantry. From the dining room, a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor, where you come to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower which leads on to the sitting room with fireplace and satellite TV and to other two double bedrooms, one with divisible beds, with two adjacent bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub. UNIT 2: The ground floor in the right wing is composed by a dining room and kitchenette. From the dining room, a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor. On the first floor, there are a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, two double bedrooms with divisible beds and two adjacent bathrooms, one with shower (without windows), and another with tub and a dressing room, two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom. On the ground floor, with separate entrance and between the main entrances of the two units, is the laundry room. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

From the entrance gate to the property, a gravel track surrounding Podere Calcheto leads to the parking area and into the splendid 2000 sq m park which is partly manicured lawn with tall shady trees - cypresses, olives and oaks - surrounding the house and the covered outdoor dining area, located a few steps away, equipped with stone barbecue, tables and benches, perfect for dining and chatting.

Beautiful property available for rent with a private swimming pool, located just a short distance from the town of Certaldo.
The structure in subdivided into 3 apartments, (there is no internal access between apartments) which come rented to one single party as a single rental villa. The largest apartment holds a dining room large enough for 8 guests to dine together.
The owners (who are very friendly but not intrusive) manage a family agricultural business from the same location and live a few meters away but do not share any of the outdoor areas with the guests – they do reserve access to a passage which runs below the largest apartment for use only when truly necessary. They will be available should guests require help or advice for what to visit and where to go to enjoy the best of Tuscany.
The property available for rent and the property where the owners live are separated by a border of flowers which gives the guests the most privacy possible.
This beautiful Tuscan property with a swimming pool is strategically located, this makes it easy for guests to see this region’s fantastic well-known towns and cities such as Certaldo, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Siena and the Tuscan countryside.
The small town of Sciano is found just 450m from the house (easily reached on foot).
Available to guests: swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests 12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1.7 m – minimum depth 1.2 m) open from 8am until 8pm and surrounded by beautiful garden, fenced and furnished with a gazebo, sunbeds and an outdoor shower, furnished area in front of the apartments with table and chairs for outdoor dining, Ping-Pong table. Interior:
Villa Irma has three floors connected by an internal staircase. From the garden with the large fountain, the main entrance opens into an area with the staircase to the other floors, connected on one side to the living room and on the other to the hallway with secondary entrance, guest bathroom, auxiliary kitchen with service area. The living room with TV (Smart, Satellite and Sky), with three independent exits into the garden both on the fountain side and on the pool side, leads to the dining room connected to the main kitchen. The dining room leads directly to the outdoor dining area set up with umbrellas, barbecue and dining table. The main kitchen, perfect for show cooking, is connected to the fully-equipped auxiliary kitchen with the service area equipped with American fridge and pantry wall. The rooms on the ground floor are structured in a circular path which allows them to be used easily and efficiently. The first floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower face onto the corridor; all the bedrooms have air conditioning and Smart TV. Park:
The 1100 sq m park of Villa Irma is planted with lawn with large areas paved in sandstone, grit and gravel containing larches, cypresses, viburnums, rose bushes, hydrangeas and hibiscus. The garden is in a revisited Baroque style with lights, statues and fountains that give it an impressive appearance. The pool area, in addition to the solarium furniture, is equipped with a romantic stone gazebo with purple wisteria and an outdoor lounge where you can relax while sipping an apéritif. The external dining area with umbrellas and barbecue is connected to the internal dining room, therefore near the kitchen. Villa Irma is completely enclosed: on the two sides bordering other buildings, with a perimeter wall softened by bamboo plants and vines, and, on the two sides next to the road and avenue, with railings and hedges of young red robin photinias, typical of noble residences. From the road, past the automatic entrance gate, the stabilised white gravel drive leads to the 4-car uncovered parking area, near the laundry room; the pedestrian gate opens onto the tree-lined avenue that connects the villa to the spa along a pleasant walk in the residential area of Cafaggio.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool of Villa Irma is located on the same level as the ground floor which is 30 m away. It is reached across the gravel driveway and lawn and then up a few stone steps. The rectangular pool, located to the southwest along the perimeter wall of the park bordered by bamboo, measures 5 x 10 m with the depth varying from 1.50 to 2.20 m. With a marble grit edge, it is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has chlorine purification, a metal ladder and 6 Roman steps for access to the water. The non-slip stone-paved solarium, equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and a solar shower, is near the romantic gazebo, in stone and wisteria with wrought iron furnishings, and the outdoor lounge with armchairs and sofas. The large larches and cypresses in this part of the garden shade the pool area and the lounge. There is lighting in both the pool and the solarium, and it is equipped with piped music. The pool can be heated on request (for a fee) and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The house has two floors: coming from the parking area, the ground floor entrance leads into a living room with ornamental fireplace, TV corner and an area with tea table. Two terracotta-covered archways lead to an open-plan area with dining room and billiard room. Continuing on, you come to a classic Tuscan kitchen with large granite worktops (fireplace not in use). Leaving the kitchen on the left, you come to a double bedroom with divisible beds direct outside access through a French window, and ensuite bathroom with shower and washing machine. A terracotta staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area with a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and tub and the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

It measures 5 x10 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and has salt purification, internal lighting and non-invasive external fencing. Around the pool is the terracotta-paved sunbathing area, equipped with gazebo, sunbeds, umbrellas and a table with chairs.The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

The property has two floors, with access to the ground floor from various points. The main entrance is located in the portico area, giving access to the living area composed of an elegant entrance hall, guest bathroom, dressing room, then continuing on to the typical Tuscan kitchen, to the sitting room with fireplace and TV corner and to the dining room. To the left of the main entrance is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and with access from the sitting room, and a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom suitable for disabled people and French window with ramp for direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor, with outside access, is the laundry and the area with the pizza oven. An internal stone staircase leads up to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a single bedroom with queen-size bed and two bathrooms with showers. All the rooms on this floor have air-conditioning. (16-bed version) With outside access only, a terracotta staircase leads up to an exclusive apartment composed of an open-plan living area with sofa, TV corner, fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Villa Elisa is surrounded by a 8000 sq m flat green lawn, completely fenced-in and bordered by hedges of laurel, embellishd by multicoloured floral essences, bushes of herbs, antique terracotta pots with beautiful geraniums, tall poplars that delimit the pool area and pines with broad shady foliage benefitting the outdoor living area and the tennis court. Adjacent to the kitchen, overlooking the garden, you will find a porch with two ceiling fans where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in complete relaxation, embraced by the scents of the Tuscan countryside. Next to the kitchen and the porch there is a pizza oven and modern barbecue where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them in total tranquillity under the porch.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located in front of the villa which is only 30 metres away, is reached across the lawn. It has a large solarium in terracotta with two big umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs and tables. Completely fenced-in for your children's safety, the rectangular pool measures 6.5 x 14.5 m with the depth ranging from 0.40 to 1.6 m and purified with chlorine. With Roman steps for access to the water, the pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has internal lights and wide-beam external lighting. There is also a hot and cold-water shower and a mini bar located in the changing hut. Solar panels warm the water, sun permitting, by 2/3 degrees. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Tennis-court:
The non professional fenced-in, private tennis court is covered in PVC resin and has night lighting and a practice wall. It is located about 20 m from the house, next to the parking area and swimming pool. Four tennis rackets are available on site.

Esplendido castillo que remonta al año 1100, reestructurado en el 1600 de la noble familia de Acciaioli con una magnìfica torre, construida con el mismo modelo arquitectònico del Palacio Viejo de Florencia (firenze).
La propiedad se encuentra en una vasta propiedad cultivada de viñas y olivos.
Distancia: Montagnana Val Pesa con tiendas de vìveres a 1 km , Montespertoli con tiendas de todo tipo a 5 km, Firenze a 20 km, Pisa a casi 70 km.
A disposiciòn de los huèspedes: Amplio parco en forma de terraza amueblado, ping-pong , hermoso jardìn a la italiana, original del siglo XVIII con arboles de limòn junto a una graciosa piscina ( 12 x 6 m - abierta del 01/04 al 31/10 ) .
La recepciòn està abierta desde 09:00 hasta 12:30 y 14:30 hasta 18:30.Tambièn la dependencia del castillo a estado reetructurada y despuès transformada en graciosos apartamentos. El castillo es bajo la administraciòn de la familia Posarelli, actuale propietario del castillo.
La estructura dispone de un òptimo restaurante , que propone una selecciòn de la cocina tipica toscana.( abierto todas los dìas, menos que el martesde abril hasta octubre).
