On the second floor are two living areas with a large fireplace, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms with washbasin, toilet, and bidet, one of which has a bathtub/shower and the other a shower only.
Next to the holiday villa in Tuscany is a private swimming pool with umbrella and deck chairs, surrounded by a green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.

This holiday villa for rent forms a single complex with the adjoining medieval Tower. The two buildings are in a position of extraordinary beauty and can accommodate up to 14 people.
On the ground floor, the holiday villa in Tuscany, offers a large living-room, a dining room, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. All three bathrooms have a shower, sink, WC and bidet.
On the upper floor are two living rooms – one with a large fireplace – a small study, a double bedroom, two rooms with twin beds and a laundry room. The two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with shower only, have a sink, WC and bidet.
Next to the villa for vacation, which has an overall area of 240 sq.m,, is the fascinating 12th century Tower, 95 sq.m on five levels. The Tower was inhabited in the 15th century by the cartographer Paolo Toscanelli dal Pozzo, who had a decisive influence on Christopher Columbus’ decision to sail west in search of the East Indies.
Inside is an equipped kitchen with fireplace, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet.
Outside is a splendid private swimming pool with sunshade and deckchairs, surrounded by a superb green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
