The house is equipped with a 300 sqm garden and an oval above-ground swimming pool (4,90 m x 3,60 m, 1,20m depth) to guests’ exclusive use. Majestic frescoed rooms combine with modern conveniences immersed in a vast parkland with pool
and private pond with graceful swans. Our guests will profit from 2 huge alfresco dining areas and a
jasmine covered gazebo. Originally built in 1624 this magnificent Villa was the summer residence of Count
Cosimo Bernardini, whose family has played a key role in the administration of the Republic of Lucca for
centuries. Wonderful antiques, majestic frescoed rooms combine with modern conveniences to create an
exclusive and elegant atmosphere. The villa is nestled in the midst of tranquil Italian gardens through which
flows a fresh water brook into two small lakes overlooked by shady weeping willow. The Grand cypress trees
and fragrant lemon and herb gardens create the perfect backdrop to the private swimming pool. Discover the
magical beauty of Villa Lenka and enjoy inspired moments of harmony, relax and refinement. The Villa has a
beautiful private pool (20x10m, 1,5m to 3m depth) and a relax area. Our guests will profit from two
impressive alfresco dining areas: one in front of the Villa, its majestic facade and lovely private lake; another
in the Italian garden in the backyard overlooking the surrounding area. The jasmine gazebo with a table and

Descripción
Fantastic apartment for 4 people on the sea in San Vincenzo, in Livorno province (Tuscan coast). It is located in a stately old building subdivided into 4 apartments. The apartment occupies the lower ground floor (6 steps down), so it stays at a pleasant temperature even on the hottest days. The living room has French doors that face a small pocket terrace at the back of the house, which is also where the parking lot is; the bedrooms have high windows.
Outside, there is a private terrace with direct access to the beach, where there is a beach club (with bar and restaurant) as well as a free access beach.
Casa Riva guests have use of an umbrella and two sun loungers at the beach club below: this service is free of charge, but only available when the beach club is open (the season usually runs from the beginning of June to the end of September). The town of San Vincenzo offers shops of all kinds and excellent restaurants just steps away from the apartment, and there is a supermarket 150 meters away. In the area there are important places of interest to visit such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Monteverdi Marittimo, and the Gulf of Baratti. The port of Piombino, with daily ferries to Elba Island, is less than 30 km away.
