The villa is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci (LI) in a secular pine forest with about 1300 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 250 meters from the sea.
The house is built on a dune and therefore each apartment has it's own separate garden.
At guests' disposal:
Guests have the use of owners' private sand dunes that are north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail.
One Barbecue for each of the 4 apartments, and plenty of parking space.

The house, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, is nestled in a small mountain town called Pascoso, in the Apuane Park, 2,231 feet above sea level. Pascoso, in the Tuscan province of Lucca, has just under 100 inhabitants and is so small, with such narrow stone roads, that cars enter town along a short strip of the main road only. Nearly all the houses in town are built in stone, including their rooftops, and the smooth stones of the streets were laid hundreds of years ago.

Pascoso is a hiker's paradise; however, it is not far from the 'cities of arts' of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena are 15, 30, 60, and 95 miles far; moreover, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, among the most famous Italian beaches, are 30 miles far, including 15 on the highway.

Villa Celeste is a comfortable apartment situated on the first floor of villa build by Celeste, founder of the family, in the '60 of last century and has been recently restored.
The owners often live in another part of the house with independent entrance.
There is a beautiful garden with flowers, plants, palms; chairs, deck-chairs, table, gazebo - here you can have a rest and taste fine home-made wine.
Villa Celeste has a barbecue, a wood oven for baking pizzas, bread etc.

There are lovely views on the mountains and the valley below from the windows and the garden, it is an excellent way to go for a walk or in mountain-bike. We have olive-wood in the hills too, and we obtain extra virgin biologic oil. We also grow vegetables and fruits. On request it is possible to cook with these products typical dishes of the Lucca area.

Villa Celeste is situated in the countrysde near Lucca, in a residential area; at 150 m you will find the first small shop (grocery/butcher), and also busses to Lucca 2-3 times a day, a post office and the church; at 1 km you will find chemist, doctors, coffe-bar, tobacconist, baker and restaurants.
Lucca at 7 km, Collodi (home of Pinocchio) 15 km, Pisa 20 km, Viareggio (beach) 25 km, Castelnuovo Garfagnana 50 km, Abetone 70 km (ski), Florence 70 km, Siena 100 km.

The house is in a splendid and peaceful spot with a beautiful view of Montalcino and the surrounding countryside.

Distances: Montalcino is only 300 meters away and the nearest food shop is 500 meters. Siena is only 40 km and Florence is roughly 110 km.

Holiday Home in the Mountains of Seravezza – Tuscany.
The place is called Basati, a small village on the Apuan Alps in front of the Versilia.
Basati can be reached in 25 minutes from sea. Its neighbor cities are Fabbiano, Retignano and Seravezza with its beautiful palazzo Mediceo.
From this town you can reach Versilia with ease and also the important Tuscan cities such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence, or the Ligurian Sea Resorts of the Cinque Terre.
One of the positive sides of this holiday house is that it is located in a isolated village and guests have a big private garden just for itself. Here, relax is guaranteed.
The House has been recently restored with fine attention to details with visible stones to keep a rustic touch.
The garden of about 1000 sqm is very well cared and is at the complete disposal of our guests.
There is an illuminated terrace, barbecue and table with umbrella.
Sideways, this holiday house, has two other buildings which are completely unrelated.
The Guests can park the car about 50 meters from the House in the public parking place or in front of the House if you have a small car.

A little oasis in the center of Lido di Camaiore - the former farmhouse has been lovingly restored from a Milanese family and tastefully decorated. The result are 5 nice apartments with typical bars in the windows called Mandolata. They give the ambience a dreamy cast. The pool is 1.80n deep, fenced. It is located on a side street not far from the highway exit, very good accessible. For cars there are is on the fenced parking space for everyone. Around the pool are deck chairs, parasols, these also protect space for tables. 2 dressing cabins, in the third is a toilet.
In the reception you can obtain information and advice, where you can do something where to drive in, the first great restaurant serving typical Italian food is just 100m away. On the one hand here can really relax by the pool, on the other hand you can shop without car, or take a bike and ride to the sea, which is about 2.5km away.
On the ground floor there are two apartments - both roofed with private terraces. Three apartments are the first floor. The house has Internet access (reception and pool area) SAT TV and air conditioning.
