All of the 3 apartments offer a personal, furnished outdoor area. The property owners (nice and friendly people) live on site and are alway available for their guests.
This property offers all the features of a country-side house (large outdoor area, panoramic views, pool) but at the same time it is a short distance away from San Gimignano city center.
The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany.
At guests' disposal: large, fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 m - min. depth 1,15 m - max. depth 2,5 m), lighted synthetic tennis court, personal furnished outdoor area for each apartament, barbecue, air-conditioning. Laundry available (payment on the spot). Parking within the grounds. Internet wi-fi available in a common area at the property entrance (only the apartment Capanna has wi-fi).
The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.
Distances: the beautiful town of San Gimignano with a variaty of shops only 300 m away, Poggibonsi 12 km, Volterra 30 km, Siena 40 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa and Lucca circa 85 km. The Chianti area is within 20 - 50 km.

Beautiful farming estate comprising 9 units quietly situated in the immediate surroundings of the medieval town San Gimignano. This property enjoys extensive panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves and over San Gimignano in the background. The estate offers 2 restored farmhouses, a manor house occasionally occupied by the property owners and a nice shared pool (approx. 100 m from the units Vittoriana 1, 2 and 150 m from Vittoriana 3 away).
All of the apartments are nicely furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal furnished outdoor area and a shared barbecue.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road (of approx. 2 km) suitable to any cars.
Distances: San Gimignano with general stores 5,5 km away, Poggibonsi 15 km, Volterra 30 km away, Siena 50 km, Florence (airport) 55 km away, Pisa (airport) 85 km, Lucca 90 km away. The coastline area of Cecina and Castiglioncello (beaches) is within 85 km.
At guests’ disposal: panoramic outdoor areas, shared swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower, changing room with shower by the pool. You will find La Casina del Bosco in an extremely panoramic position, nestled among silver olive trees in the beautiful, green Alpe di Catenaia. The little house is located not far from the mountain pass that joins the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina and will allow you easy day trips in both valleys, in search of monasteries and castles and small, ancient villages carved in stone and unknown to most people. The splendid view that you will see every morning from your windows overlooks the surrounding luxuriant woods, thickets of ancient chestnut and oak trees, where wildlife still reigns supreme. All this makes the place extremely peaceful and almost enchanted.
The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. About 8 km away is Subbiano, an industrious village with supermarkets, restaurants and shops of all kinds, whose origins can be traced back to Roman times. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.
18 km away is the ancient city of Arezzo, to which we recommend you dedicate at least one day, strolling through its paved alleys and beautiful squares.
The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.
For your days of complete relaxation, there is a panoramic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees ( size m. 6 x 2.70, depth m. 1.30 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a hydro-massage tub (5 seats, size m. 2.20 x 2.20 - available with extra charge), a pergola furnished with table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the open air, a barbecue and a fully equipped garden. The outdoor area (approx. 1200 sqm) is fully fenced and your small four-legged friends are very welcome. You will find the house decorated with antique furniture that perfectly matches its features, giving it a cosy and warm atmosphere.

The villa Casale Lorenzo with its beautiful fenced park, the large private swimming pool (size 15 x 8 m - depth 1,00 - 2,40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) with changing room, bathroom with shower and equipped solarium, the relaxing Jacuzzi (Extra payment required) offers wide space for everyone to enjoy an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. You won't be able to give up a dip in the pool, a barbecue on the cool furnished porch or an afternoon in the Jacuzzi with a good glass of wine. Also your small size four-legged friends are welcome here (extra charge could be required).
3 km away from the villa is the small village of Subbiano, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely not to be missed, on hot summer days, is a trip to the nearby Park of the Casentino Forests, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.
The villa Casale Lorenzo is luxuriously equipped with air-conditioning, a billiard room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and an indoor barbecue. A décor composed of local antiques offers countless nooks and crannies for you to relax while reading your favourite book. For you and your children, there is an infinite, safe green space and a billiard table where you can play tournaments and games.
