"Riviera" es una pequeña residencia de tres plantas ubicada entre árboles y prados en Cecina Mare, Italia. La propiedad comprende 10 apartamentos distribuidos en un terreno completamente vallado de 4.500 metros cuadrados, que ofrece un retiro seguro y tranquilo en el corazón de la costa toscana. La residencia está rodeada de vegetación exuberante y dispone de un amplio jardín que crea un entorno natural apacible.

El terreno de 4.500 metros cuadrados está adornado con árboles maduros que proporcionan sombra natural y una sensación de privacidad. La piscina de 12 x 5 metros está disponible del 20 de mayo al 30 de septiembre, abierta diariamente de 9:30 a 19:00. La propiedad cuenta con un cenador, mobiliario de jardín ideal para comer al aire libre y relajarse, y una zona de barbecue para comidas al aire libre. Hay un parque infantil dedicado para los más pequeños y una mesa de ping-pong disponible para los huéspedes.

Villa Pedone is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 6 bath Tuscan villa of the 18th century, situated not far from the ancient city of Lucca. The Villa rental is positioned in the countryside around Lucca, on a beautiful hillside dominating ancient vineyards and olive groves, in an area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth.
The villa is set in 6 acres and sleeps up to 12/14 people. It has been recently renovated in order to bring together modern comforts with the original architectural features and antique furnishings. It is fully furnished and surrounded by a private, Italian garden. Villa Pedone also offers a private swimming-pool, directly accessible from the house.
By renting this villa one can enjoy the beauties of all the treasures offered by the Tuscan Region. Lucca is in an ideal location, its geographical position and features offer both mountains and beach resorts in accessible distances.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.
The villa is surrounded by ancient olive groves and vineyards. It is also an historic area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth. Although it might seem like an isolated area, the village center is only 2km away, where it is possible to find a minimarket and a supermarket at 3km.
Distances:Nearest village for shopping is 3 km (grocery shop - post office - pharmacy). Very good trattorie and restaurants close by.

The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The fourth side is delimited by a low fence to enable the view of the lower hills, of vineyards and olive groves, the swimming pool, with deck chairs, and the outdoor dining area are on this side, therefore you are able to have a beautiful view of the countryside while dining and swimming.
The Italian style garden is partly in grass and partly in pebble stones. The villa's façade is dominated by a palm tree.

The villa is divided into 3 spacious and comfortable apartments, each featuring tastefully decorated interiors. Please note that one of the apartments is occupied by the owners.

The small town of San Casciano, located in the heart of the Chianti region and offering all types of shops and amenities, is just 1 km away. Florence is 20 km away, and Siena is approximately 60 km from the property.
At guests’ disposal:
Furnished garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1.8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) shared with the owners, shared barbecue, and air conditioning. The villa is accessible via an unpaved yet well-maintained road. Parking is available within the grounds. Small pets are welcome. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
