At the bottom of a dead end street it is located the holiday home.

The entrance is via an automatic gate or a pedestrian gate.
Two parking spaces inside.
The house is free on three sides and bordered by another house on one side.
Opposite the house, a lawn with lighted gazebo is perfect for lunch and dinner outdoors.

On the left is a large lawn with fruit trees and another smaller one on the back of the house with a small table with chairs and lounge chairs. In total 3000 sqm of private garden.

The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing.

Despite its tranquility, the main shops, bars and restaurants are at just 700 meters.

For guests there is free wifi Internet Access and barbecue.

Behind the house is a room with washing machine.

Kitchen with fireplace, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Small table for 4 people and a TV on the wall.

First floor: Double bedroom with wardrobe and armchairs. Room with two single beds. Bathroom with toilet and small shower/bath.

The house was renovated a few years ago.
Simply furnished but with taste.
