Modern villa recently refurbished and in a peaceful and panoramic location with views of the city of Cortona. The house has a hectare of fenced garden space with a private swimming pool. Inside is nicely furnished and bright, thanks to the large windows found in the living area. The location of this villa allows guests to easily reach places and cities such as Cortona, the Val d’Orcia, Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
Available to guests: Large garden (completely fenced in) with swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (8 x 4 m - depth 1.4 m), mobile barbecue, external furnished area with large umbrella, table and chairs – ideal for dining outdoors.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super und man hat wirklich Ruhe und Erholung. Es ist nicht ganz billig, aber man bekommt auch etwas Ordentliches dafür. Lediglich die Endreinigungskosten finde ich etwas hoch.
