Lovely complex comprised of four apartments, (two of which are available for rent, while the remaining two are permanent homes) with a large garden and pool. The complex is located in Siena’s countryside, not far from the Etruscan village of Casole d’Elsa. Surrounded by fields and woods this property offers tranquillity and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. The swimming pool is surrounded by a solarium and lawn. The two apartments available for rent (Sofia 1 and Sofia 2) can be linked together by way of internal doors, catering for rental by larger groups. Both apartments are comfortably furnished.
This property is ideal as a base from which to discover the many towns and places of interest that Tuscany has to offer (Casola d’Elsa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, the Chianti wine region and many more).
A good-condition dirt road reaches the complex.
Distances: Casola d’Elsa with grocery stores at a distance of 3 km, Colle Val d’Elsa with a larger variety of stores approx. 17 km, Volterra 26 km, San Gimignano 25 km, Siena 42 km, Florence 42 km while the Tuscan coast (Cecina) is approx. 70 km from the property.
Available to guests: Shared among the guests and the permanent residents is the large garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m - min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,4 m - open from May 1st through September 30th) and barbecue.
