The property is located near a small country hamlet built on the ruins of an old monastery dating back to the 12th century. The house offers a large, completely enclosed outdoor area on various levels and a unique pool with transparent cover, so that the pool temperature is pleasant even in the cooler months of April, May and October. A beautiful terrace offers panoramic views of the Arno valley. It is comfortably furnished in Tuscan style. The house is composed of two apartments that are only rented together to the same group of people.
The location is within easy reach of the famous Chianti Classico area (Gaiole, Greve, Castellina, etc.) and the most important art cities of Tuscany (Florence, Siena, Arezzo, etc.).
