Beautiful, completely restored villa situated in the heart of “Valdichiana”, only 9 km from the lovely town of Cortona away. This property comprises the owners accommodation, a main villa and a nice outbuilding created from the restoration of a former store-room (both the villa and the outbuildings are available for rent and can be rented only together). Outside guests can enjoy use of a large, well-kept garden decorated with many different plants and flowers and of a nice private pool with solarium area. The interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished.
The property owners do not share with their guests the use of the swimming-pool, they only use a small area of the garden.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx.. 1 km.
Distances: Fratta Santa with general stores approx. 2 km, Camucia (railway station) 5 km away, Cortona 9 km, Lake Trasimeno 20 km, Arezzo 25 km away, the charming towns of the Val d’Orcia region (Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, Montepulciano) are within 30 – 60 km, Perugia 60 km away, Siena 62 km, Florence (airport) 105 km.
