This villa can be rented together with Casa Margherita 1, Casa Margherita 2 and Villa Margherita (all of which are independent villas with private pool and are part of the estate) in order to accommodate a total of 20/22 people.
The access to the property is via a unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: the small town of Bagnolo with food shops 4 km away, Cortona with all kinds of shops 13 km, Città di castello 40 km, Arezzo 40 km, Lake Trasimeno 30 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished garden, private swimming-pool (5 x 2 m – open from 16/4 through 15/10).
Washing-machine and ironing facilities available.
Parking within the grounds.
