Beautiful 17th century villa converted into a comfortable country residence, just 5 km from Arezzo. The property is immersed in greenery and surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves. It is composed of a portion of the grand villa (the owners inhabit the other portion) and 4 suites in a guest house a short distance away, accomodating up to 24 guests comfortably. Outside there are furnished and private spaces, a large terrace and a beautiful private pool with sun deck.
The property caretaker lives in an apartment in the guest house.
The train station in Arezzo has convenient daily connections to Florence, Siena, Rome, etc . . . The most important art cities of Tuscany are located within a 100 km radius.
Access to the villa is via a short section of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.
Distances: Arezzo with shops of all kinds and train station 5 km away, Cortona 35 km, Siena 75 km away, Perugia (airport) 80 km, Florence (airport) 90 km away, Gubbio 90 km, Assisi 100 km away, Pisa (airport) 170 km, Rome (airport) 225 km away.
At guests disposal: garden with pool reserved for guests' exclusive use (14 x 6 m- minimum depth 1,2 m- maximum depth 2 m- open from 01/05 to 30/09), outdoor shower, outdoor wc with shower (next to the pool area), barbecue.
The villa has screens on all of the windows and WI-FI internet (available free of charge)

Extra services: Baby bed and high chair available upon request (free of charge). Maid service available, € 15/hour (to be paid on the spot).
It is possible to bring 1 small pet at an additional charge of € 200/week (to be paid on the spot).

3 steps down: large living room with piano and fireplace.
1 step down: study area, kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, water purifier, double oven).
1st floor: breakfast area, kitchen corner with refrigerator and freezer).
Mezzanine floor: large living room (also accessible from the outside) with fireplace and satellite TV, bathroom, access to furnished covered terrace with wood oven.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with loft with double bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, spacious master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with water massage shower and steam room, sauna.
