Ancient and welcoming restored farmhouse situated in panoramic location, only 7 km from Florence. This villa, surrounded by beautiful olive groves, vineyards, peach, cherry and apricot-trees, offer a large, well-kept terraced garden with private pool, Jacuzzi tub and tennis court. Outside, guests can also enjoy use or a charming restored barn with kitchen, bread oven, barbecue and dining area ideal for al-fresco dining.
The villa interiors are tastefully furnished and provide all comforts.
The beautiful “Ugolino” Golf Club (18 holes) is only 4 km from the property away.
Distances: Grassina with general stores 1,5 km, Florence (airport and railway station with daily connections to Rome) 7 km, San Gimignano 58 km, Siena 70 km, Arezzo 75 km, Pisa (airport) 95 km. The “Ugolino” Golf Club is at 4 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, well-kept garden with gazebo, sun-beds, sun-umbrellas, swing for children, private swimming-pool (18 x 8 m – min. depth 1,3 m – max. depth 2,5 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09) with small adjacent whirlpool (also suitable as a pool for children; not heated), changing room with showers and toilet, private tennis court (rackets and balls are provided). Guests can also enjoy use of a restored former barn providing kitchen, bread oven, barbecue and dining area ideal for al-fresco dining. WI-FI internet connection is available in the villa (free of charge). Laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities.

Ground floor: large living area with access on to the outside through 4 bright French windows comprising a spacious entrance hall with dining table, sitting-room (satellite TV, DVD reader, hi-fi with CD reader), parlor with fireplace and playing table, well-stocked kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, freezer, toaster, gas barbecue), toilet.
1st floor: 2 spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access on to the outside, bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, bedroom with a single bed, extra folding bed and ensuite toilet.
Air-conditioning in each bedroom.

We actually stayed for eight weeks and loved every minute. The location is private, very quiet and very close to everything: Florence 20 minutes, shopping and restaurants 5 minutes at most.The pool is the best I've encountered and it is maintained beautifully. Everything one needs for a good time is at this Villa! We loved the outdoor kitchen (a real bonus for cooks) and outdoor shower. Tennis anyone? Yes, there is that too, with lights, a changing room with bathroom and two showers. We hope to return.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, in dem man sich richtig erholt hat. Für Ruhesuchende, die Abseits vom Touristentrubel Erholung suchen, ist es das ideale Domizil, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Toller und großer Garten und Pool. Besonders hat uns die Küche im Außenbereich mit Pizzaofen, Grill und Kochstelle gefallen. Und vor allem die Ruhe, die wir den ganzen Tag hatten. Es war auch alles vorhanden (Bettwäsche, Handtücher für Pool, Bad, Küche).

We had a family of 8 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Cinzia. The views from every angle were more stunning than we had expected and the accommodations were very comfortable. The owner wants guests to appreciate the same enjoyment that her family enjoys when staying. She genuinely cares about how to make things better. We had two cars so that we could get into the countryside or into Florence. The drive to Piazza Michelangelo in Florence seemed to be the easiest choice for parking and location. Parking at the train station was more hectic. The local Osteria was a good choice for dinner when we didn't want to cook at the villa. I would recommend this villa to friends. We didn't use the pool or tennis courts, though we did enjoy a late afternoon cocktail hour near the pool.
