Beautiful historic villa dating back to the 11th century, later enlarged during the period from the 14th to the 16th century. This villa is situated in panoramic location only 12 km from Florence away. The villa has been carefully restored preserving its ancient charm and turned into a welcoming, spacious country house offering beautiful interiors furnished with antique pieces. The outside areas provides a large park with private pool and wonderful views over Florence and the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
On the 4th floor of the villa there is a bedroom with bathroom occupied by the property caretaker (who guarantees max. privacy to the guests of the villa).
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: San Polo in Chianti with food stores 3,5 km away, Grassina with general stores 7,5 km, Florence 12,5 km, San Gimignano 60 km away, Siena 75 km, Volterra 82 km away, Pisa 80 km, Lucca 98 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large park with private infinity swimming-pool (12 x 8 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in panoramic location in a fenced-in area providing open-air shower (cold water only), sun umbrellas and sun beds, large gazebo for nice outdoor dinners.
The villa provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), mosquito nets and satellite TV.

Extra Services: 2 baby beds and 2 high-chairs available (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour to be paid locally). Upon request possibility of organizing Tuscan dinners (€ 25,- / per person – payment on site).
