This old country farmhouse lies on a hill in the Arezzo area and is surrounded by fields and vineyards. A garden encircles the villa and contains a private swimming pool. The owners live in a little house a few metres away from the villa but they do not share the use of either the pool or the garden – both are reserved for the exclusive use of guests only.
The rental has a fantastic porch area, furnished with a table and chairs – ideal for outdoor dining, located just in front of the living room. Inside, the villa has a lovely interior design and is very welcoming.
The location of this rental allows guests to easily visit the main attractions that Tuscany offers while only a few kilometres away lies the little town Patrignone which is home to the local bar. From the nearby beautiful city of Arezzo it is possible to reach the main cities of central Italy quite easily by train (Florence, Orvieto, Rome and more).
Distances: Patrignone (local bar) - 1 km, Arezzo (offering a wide variety of shops and a train station) - 6 km, Cortona - 33 km, Siena - 75 km, Florence - 80 km, Perugia - 95 km.
Available to guests: Large garden, path which leads to the swimming pool roughly 100 m from the house, swimming pool (10 x 6 m – depth 1.4 m) surrounded by a solarium made of wood which faces onto a beautiful vineyard.
