Restored carefully to its old splendour this small country cottage is composed of the manor house and two dependences one of which is about 70 m. far from the main house. The three houses are comfortably furnished with traditional country antiques. Hidden amongst the wooded slopes around Cortona, 700 m. above the sea level, in a quiet and panoramic position, it is an ideal place for a vacation in contact with an environment still intact and uncontaminated. Around the holiday houses there is a wide garden with outdoor furniture, children’s play area, table tennis, volley ball field and barbecue and a large family size table, to eat unforgettable meals immersed in nature. In a natural terrace above the houses there is a beautiful 6 x 12 m. swimming pool (depth 1,40 m.) for the guests’ exclusive use. Il Cerro can lodge several families who decide to spend their holiday together, even though maintaining their privacy (each house has its own kitchen).

Manor's house: GROUND FLOOR: Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower. FIRST FLOOR: with entrance from external staircase and wide equipped terrace suitable to eat outside, living-dining room with kitchenette and typical old open fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Cottage 1: Small independent house on two levels, ground floor living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, on first floor double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Cottage 2: Small independent house with entrance from an external staircase. First floor: living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
