La Rogaia is a country villa located in a secluded, hilly position close to the city of Arezzo, between the Val d'Ambra and the Valdichiana. Placed in an unspoilt environment, the villa is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and lush woods. You reach La Rogaia through an unpaved road that winds through the woods, well-maintained and only a little steep, and once you are there you will be rewarded with true peace and tranquillity. The villa is furnished with taste and care by the owners who also produce an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil.
We recommend that you don't miss a visit to the nearby city of Arezzo, only 10 km away, to the works of art by Piero della Francesca, Giorgio Vasari, Cimabue, a walk along the narrow streets of the historic centre and a glass of wine enjoyed in the wonderful medieval setting of Piazza Grande.
The real icing on the cake here is, however, the breathtaking view from the very panoramic private swimming pool (size 5x10 m, depth 0.90-1.95 m, completely fenced in and equipped with sun shower - open from 1st June to 30 August). From the pool terrace, your eye will wander over the valley as far as the gates of the city of Arezzo. The wrought-iron outdoor furniture, the parasols, the barbecue area and a gazebo with sitting area will allow you to spend unforgettable moments with your family and friends in total privacy.

FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower.
In extremely panoramic position a wooden gazebo equipped with kitchen facilities, table and chairs, table foot, various board games and GYM equipment.

El déposito inicial requerido para confirmar una reserva a ser pagado en el momento de la reserva (a menos que haya condiciones especiales) es el 25% del total del alquiler.

El saldo se debe pagar 45 días antes de la llegada.

Para las reservas de última hora (dentro de los 45 días anteriores a la llegada) el monto total del alquiler debe ser pagado al momento de la reserva.

En caso de cancelación de la reserva, incluso si se sustituye por otra, se aplican las siguientes penalizaciones:
- el depósito inicial (25% del total del alquiler) si la cancelación se realiza entre el momento de la reserva y hasta 46 días antes de la fecha de llegada;
- el 100% del total del alquiler si la cancelación se hace desde 45 días hasta la fecha de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen, romantisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber, ein wunschlos glücklich Paket. Die Besitzer Paolo und seine Mutter sind sehr herzlich und erfüllen alle Wünsche, das Olivenöl vom Besitzer ist sehr lecker. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Very pleasant house, the pictures describe well the property. The owner family is very nice and the house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is small unfortunately. It is however good to have another tiny kitchen outside and 2 fridges. Lots of space outside for kids to play, including a football table game.

What a great holiday we had at La Rogaia, Summer 2019. Comfortable (including comfy beds!), cool, spacious, a lovely pool, gardens and land, and a great base for exploring Tuscany. Paulo and his Mother were welcoming and kind, full of recommendations and food gifts. Highly recommended.

If you want to feel special then your hosts will not disappoint. Once you find the villa - it was a little tricky to find even with a GPS as it is situated in an isolated location- you are made to feel like the long lost relative; warm embraces and appetizers await your arrival. The property offers a pool on top of a hill overlooking vineyards and olive groves as far as the eye can see and although the grounds are tended to almost daily, your privacy is well respected and your every need, tended to. We had to make alternate arrangements for the following week which required changing our flights back to Canada and our host was wonderful enough to print all our boarding documents and bring them to us thus easing our anxiety. This is a place where you will rediscover every star of the galaxy (WOW) and find the tranquility to refresh the soul.

We had a real nice stay :we specially appreciated the special welcome the day we arrived, enjoyed the nice pool (cleaned everyday )- with a beautiful scenery on the valley, the quietness in the middle of olive trees , and made also lots of visits lots around and further ; Arezzo, Sienna, Firenze, San Gimignano, Trasimeno Lake, Cortone .. there is so much to discover in beautiful Tuscany!

La Rogaia est une charmante maison,très bien située en Toscane :à 1 heure de Sienne ,Florence, San Giminiano;nous sommes mème aller à Rome.La maison est dans un endroit très tranquille au milieu des oliviers et avec une vue imprenable !Pour nous qui étions venus entre amis c'était l' idéal.Nous avons pu nous ressourcer loin du bruit et faire le plein de soleil sur les transats de la superbe piscine!
Quant aux propriétaires:une mère et son fils adorables ,toujours prèts a vous rendre service.
Un endroit magique à recommander!!
