The area around Castiglion Fiorentino includes all the characteristics of the typical Tuscan landscapes. Near the house there is a large garden with a gazebo equipped for eating outside, a barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool (6x12m. - depth 1.40 - 2.20m) exclusively for guests' use, from which one can admire the view of the ancient Castle of Montecchio. Bicycles, satellite TV and DVD player are available for guests' use.It has been well furnished and the internal use of materials is typical of old Tuscan farmhouses. On guests' request the owner can prepare typical Tuscan lunches and dinners.

GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room, with kitchenette and large fireplace (not in use), bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal stone staircase, sitting room with fireplace (not in use) and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom with bath. Possible to add a single bed in one of the rooms.

INDOOR EQUIPMENT: dishwasher, washing machine, Satellite Tv, DVD player, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, iron, freezer, lemon squeezer, high chair, wood-burning oven.

OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT: Swimming pool, gazebo, table, chairs, barbecue.
