La propriété se trouve dans un endroit calme et avec une super vue sur Cortone. La propriété est très bien située pour permettre de visiter les chouettes villes aux alentours de la Toscane. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés la piscine et le fait que chaque logement possède son propre petit jardin privatif. The property is located in a quiet location and with a great view of Cortona. The property is very well located for visiting the great towns around Tuscany. It was quiet, very clean and comfortable. It's close to Cortona with a beautiful view of the hill town and gorgeous Tuscan sunsets. Very tasty pizza and nice atmosphere on the pizza evenings. Well-groomed yard, clean rooms, beautiful surroundings, full kitchen supplies. The only minus: uncomfortable bed in the upper bedroom. Environnement calme et magnifique. Ambiance conviviale avec les propositions de soirées pizzas ou pâtes de Massimo et Alberto avec les autres vacanciers. 10 min des commerces et 20 min de Cortona un magnifique village perché et animé. Nous avons passé à la Fattoria deux excellentes semaines. Nous étions deux familles, 9 en tout. It is the ideal place if you wish to spend a relaxing holiday in the midst of the Valdichiana countryside, which offers an infinity of gentle, variable landscapes, and at the same time visit Tuscany and neighbouring Umbria. You will find the farm at the foot of the rugged hill where the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona rises majestically and will instantly win you over with its old-world atmosphere. In Cortona you can stroll around, enjoy splendid views and visit countless ancient churches, museums and works of art. Don't forget to taste the local cuisine in the typical restaurants in the centre - you won't regret it! A skilful and careful renovation, carried out with painstaking patience directly by the owner, and a decor in authentic period furniture give the houses a very special charm. You will feel welcomed in a very homely atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the very first moment. Apartments Sofya and Selene are located in the same building and can be especially recommended for 2 families travelling together. La Gabola, La Gabolina and La Turata, on the other hand, are individual and independent houses, perfect for those who like a little extra privacy. All around the farm a large green space where each house has its own private corner with a gazebo equipped with table and chairs. This will be your favourite place on warm summer evenings, chatting with friends and a good bottle of red wine.
