Hermosa propiedad con piscina compuesta de 2 apartamentos ubicado en una zona muy panoramica sobre las colinas fiorentinas.Los apartamentos muy confortable son decorados en estilo rùstico toscano.Las àreas verdes mantenidas con estrema cura y bien equipadas.Los propietarios viven en un apartamento dentro de la propiedad manteniendo personalmente el jardìn y la piscina.La posiciòn de la casa permite a los huèspedes de visitar comodamente Firenze , Siena junto a los caracterìsticos burgo que se encuentran en el Chianti Clasico.( Castellina in Chianti , Greve , Radda ect ...)
Distancia : Montespertoli con tiendas de todo tipo a 4 km , Firenze ( aeropuerto ) a 35 km , San Gimignano a 35 km , Greve in Chianti a 40 km , Siena a 55 km , Pisa (aeropuerto) 75 km.
A disposiciòn de los huèspedes : Amplio espacio externo cuidado y equipado , hermosa piscina panoramica ( 15 x 6 – abierta del 01/05 al 30/09 horario: 09:00 – 19:00 ) , parrillada mòvil disponible por cada apartamento . Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und das Gelände sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Man findet einige gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten oder eine Hängematte. Jede Ferienwohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse. Unsere Ferienwohnung war teils ein wenig dunkel, dafür aber auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Praktisch ist auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer gab. Besonders hat uns die Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen, Schattenplätzen und Wasserspielzeug gefallen. Man hat außerdem einen schönen Blick in die toskanische Landschaft und auf die umstehenden Olivenbäume. Bei Fragen konnte man sich an das Hausmeisterehepaar wenden.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und das Gelände sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Man findet einige gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten oder eine Hängematte. Jede Ferienwohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse. Unsere Ferienwohnung war teils ein wenig dunkel, dafür aber auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Praktisch ist auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer gab. Besonders hat uns die Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen, Schattenplätzen und Wasserspielzeug gefallen. Man hat außerdem einen schönen Blick in die toskanische Landschaft und auf die umstehenden Olivenbäume. Bei Fragen konnte man sich an das Hausmeisterehepaar wenden.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The apartment was clean and the grounds very well maintained and lovingly created. You will find comfortable seating or a hammock. Each apartment has its own terrace. Our apartment was partly a little dark, but also cool on hot days. It is also convenient that there was a washing machine and a clothes rack. We especially liked the pool area with enough beach chairs, shade and water toys. It also has a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside and the surrounding olive trees. If you have questions you can contact the couple of caretakers.

Très belle location proche de la charmante petite ville de Montespertoli. Appartement bien équipé, très jolie terrasse et superbe piscine avec vue sur les collines toscanes couvertes de vignes et d'oliviers. Accueil sympathique et situation centrale pour visiter Sienne, San Giminiano, Pise et Lucques, Florence (même si accès escarpé au gîte).

Good location, nice house, garden and pool. Nice views, and very quite place. BUT beds have to be changed, too OLD!

Counter comment from the owners: "So far no one complained about this matter but I did check and in fact the mattresses are obsolete and we will put in new mattresses as soon as possible. Thank you for informing me, it is useful so that I can improve our guests' stay all the time !"

Die Lage ist traumhaft schön mit einem sehr schönen Blick über die Landschaft nach Montespertoli. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Die Eigentümer und auch die Verwalter sind sehr sehr nett und total hilfsbereit. Hierfür gibt es volle 5 Punkte. Es wird nur italienisch gesprochen. Der Eigentümer (soweit vor Ort) kann auch etwas Englisch. Die Wohnung ist gut. Es fehlt ein wenig Stauraum in der Küche. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und gut. Die Badezimmer sind klein aber auch o.k.. Das Wetter war genial, so dass man sich die meiste Zeit draußen aufgehalten hat. Die Anlage ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Jolie demeure,très calme avec des gardiens très sympathiques et dévoués, hélas nous n'avons pu utiliser la belle piscine car il faisait encore froid fin mai, le seul bémol est la literie mais pour un séjour d'une semaine cela convient très bien. Location très bien située dans un triangle pise Florence sienne, ce qui permet de se déplacer sur de courtes distances vers les sites les plus prisés de la Toscane. Très bon séjour, sauf la météo un peu frais ...

We rented apartment#2, with the living room and the fireplace. Could use a newly furniture which will give the place a warmer feeling. Ask the owners to ventilate the apartment before your arrival. The kitchen is great, equiped with everything needed. The owners are very nice people but they doesn't speek English , so bring a basic dictionary or I hope they will prepare a description paper with all the necessary info in english. Location is excellent, the pool and the garden are fabulous. Apartment #1 has no living room and it is good only for sleeping and breakfast, tere is no place to lay back and rest, good for those who plans to travel all day and use it only for accommodation.
We had to use the heating all the week and it cost us an extra 70 euros, so be aware of that.
